Noe was just fantastic! And his cocktails....magic. Very friendly, helpful and a real asset to the hotel.

Great front line staff, excellent bar tenders esp. Noe, friendly executive lounge members - good breakfast weekdays and evening hors d'oeuvres. I also like the gym, clean and quite large with decent amount of equipment

I am visiting from culinary hotspot Charleston SC for business and was not expecting much from my hotel bar margarita. But Jaspal delivered a tasty, perfectly shaken libation that was only surpassed by his kind hospitality. :)

Noe is a great serve and a welcoming face when I visit. Very nice hotel.

The service was great! Thank you Jaspal

The service at the bar upstairs is superb, Jaspal was very talented and helpful.

Noe the bartender is awesome. Get the Provisions Lemonade!

My stay at this Sheraton was lovely. I arrived to the hotel at 9;50 pm and was famished. I called room service and Noah picked up, he said even though the kitchen closes in 10mins he will make sure my order goes through. And he did. I gor my dinner 15mins later. It was such great service especially because I was famished. Today, after a long day at a conference, I came to the lounge bar and ordered an espresso Martini. Noah made sure it was perfect and added a few espresso beans on top. I enjoyed my delicious espresso martini to live music at the bar. All in all my stay here has been so hospitable. I would totally come again. It is so nice to see people who approach their jobs with such motivation and make their customers feel so welcome!

What a great day and evening. My Husband and I took a last minute trip to attend a conference in Reston Virginia. We arrived at the Sheraton at 7:20 am the wonderful front desk clerk got us checked in with early arrival so my husband could jump in the shower and catch a nap before he needed to attend his talk. The room was perfection, quite and dark. We then attended the lunch buffet, OMG, the food was so good, everything was cooked to perfection, even after sitting in warmers the beef was fork tender and delicious, The veggies were so good my husband had seconds. Then for dinner we went to their lounge, where we had a wonderful dinner. The Chef is top class. The steak was cooked to fork tender and again with the veggies. Noah our evening guide (as he was so much more than just a server) was friendly and helpful. He helped make the evening wonderful. I can't stress enough how amazing this Hotel made a last minute mid-week 12 hour drive worth every minute.
