The Westin Reston Heights

The rooms are big and nice but if it is near the lift lobby, it can be quite noisy with the "ding" of the elevators up and down the floors.

Will recommend

It’s a cool place, we enjoyed it

Hermoso lugar el personal muy amable el lugar está perfecto para descansar

My stay was highly unsatisfactory. My first room reeked of smoke, which triggered my sensitive throat and caused significant physical discomfort. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were dismissive and didn't even offer an apology. To make matters worse, the entire hotel had a lingering foul odor, and my bedsheets were thin and full of holes. Unprofessional service and poor maintenance—I would not recommend staying here

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience at The Westin Reston Heights. We were first placed in Room 809, where the TV was broken and we had to move rooms. The replacement room was even worse — multiple hairs were found on the bedding, along with visible stains and marks. I took photos of everything. It was 11:51 p.m., and instead of relaxing, we were dealing with problems in a second room and questioning whether the bedding had even been properly changed. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I expected much better from a Westin property. Clean bedding and a properly inspected room are basic expectations. Given the issues with two separate rooms, the late hour, and the unacceptable cleanliness concerns, I believe appropriate compensation, including a refund or significant room adjustment and Bonvoy points, is warranted. This experience was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Westin Reston Heights, and Anisa truly made my stay stand out. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Her professionalism and genuine kindness made me feel completely taken care of, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything about my stay was seamless.

Everything was perfect! Good place for travelers waiting for their nexts flight. 30€ for an Uber to the Airport which is just 15 minutes away, tot he city centre by bus the same amount of time.

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always one of my favorites! I was disappointed that the pool was closed on the 4th holiday and since this is one of the best pools I’ve seen in any hotel The property was also understaffed due to an unexpected 98% occupancy. The front desk handled it well and with big smiles and housekeeping was quick to turn around rooms. The guestrooms are lovely with great comforters and bathroom amenities. Will definitely continue to stay here
