Kings Park Hotel

Best to avoid, first room was dirty, broken cupboards and overlooked noisy outside bar area so we were moved to a quieter room. 2nd room was dusty, broken bathroom door, the whole place is shabby, worn down and needs renovating. Staff available on the phone but never at reception, onsite 'restaurant ' didn't have any food but it is close to the town so we found a lovely place for dinner. Felt uncomfortable the whole stay, other guests were loud, rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend. We left early so didn't get to have breakfast but we were offered a banana. 1 towel between 2 of us, when I asked for another staff brought me a napkin. Odd dirty cups, no glasses. Broken toliet seat, limited parking. Doesn't match up to what's advertised.

Hotel was ok. Comfortable bed. ******* messed up my room so I didn’t get the room I booked.

Just had a 2 night stay with my husband, hotel was fantastic, lovely spacious room, absolutely spotless, only had one towel between 2, but that was rectified straight away when brought to their attention. Staff were so friendly and polite. close to the town centre, a lovely park across the road, food was lovely, Plenty of restaurants near by. We are deffenitly going back.

We stayed here for a family trip and we had a lovely stay. The staff are so nice and can't do enough to help. The owner is Always polite and greets you with a smile on the way in. Which for me staff are important in contributing to a good stay. Room was so clean and cosy and when we had issues they were dealt with straight away. Breakfast is basic but served our needs and we were happy with it. Great value for money. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The place is lovely and we have been before a couple of years ago. But its under new management and its not as good as used to be. the hot breakfast is a joke when its not a English breakfast it was baked beans hash browns and muchrooms. And they charge you for it even though you book the room with free breakfast. When we got the room there was 1 towel for 3 of us just not good enough.

The hotel use to be a police station,so the building has lots of character. It is lacking in chef so the breakfast was limited however adequate. The room was nice and the bed was comfy even if outdated.
