Big bed,spacious room, sound resistant, good breakfast, location

Good clean central but basic hotel. Breakfast was OK. Would book again.

Perfect location, away from the crowded old city center

Solo reiziger. April/mei. 2/3 nachten. 2e verdieping. 1 pers kamer. 2 persoonsbed. Tv met een hele hoop zenders. De mogelijkheid een kopje thee voor jezelf te zetten en aan het bureau wat kaarten naar je familie en vrienden te schrijven. Of heerlijk op het klein maar fijn balkon te gaan zitten en te genieten. Stevige matrassen fijne kussens. Extra dekens in de kast indien nodig. Ruime kast om al je spullen in kwijt te kunnen. Kluis en koelkast aanwezig. Lange spiegels om jezelf te kunnen bewonderen voordat je de deur uit gaat. Verduisterende gordijnen. Nette badkamer. Fijne douche. Shampoo en zeep aanwezig. Kamers netjes bijgehouden door de hardwerkende mensen van de schoonmaak. Ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker. Personeel bij de receptie vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Personeel van de keuken en bediening ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad aanwezig. Alleen nog niet gevuld daar het nog april was. Fitnessruimte aanwezig alleen geen tijd gemaakt om daar gebruik van te maken. Ook is er de mogelijkheid je kleren te wassen. Rethimno centrum/old town op loopafstand. Veel winkels en eetmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Ik raad een verblijf aan in dit hotel aan.

It was great hotel

A decent hotel, we stayed for 1 night, no complaints at all. The location is good for the beach, a short walk from the old town, the rooms are clean and nice. Considering the price it exceeded our expectations.

Nous étions en groupe pour un circuit du 17 au 24 mai 2025 : nourriture LAMENTABLE !!!!! Que des patates et des pâtes, pas de spécialité crétoise, pas de poisson, pas de yaourt et en dessert que des fruits pas mûrs !!!!! Pas de réassort, il fallait dîner tôt pour être sûr d'avoir un peu de cette nourriture de cantine !!!!!! C est honteux !!! Les chambres correctes et le personnel gentil. Piscine au bord de la route et fermée ! Hôtel a éviter !!!!!

Circuit organisé Chambre côté rue mal insonorisé literie à revoir en ce qui concerne le repas pour le soir aucun choix zero dessert piscine ressemble plus à une pataugeoire et côté rue ne donne pas envie d'y aller Heureusement je n y suis resté que 3 nuit

I returned to this exceptional hotel and was not disappointed. The wonderful friendly and efficient service is a joy. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. Importantly breakfasts are always delightfully delicious with sufficient variety to please all tastes. I agree some refurbishment would be beneficial but this does not detract from the excellent value the hotel offers its guests. My thanks for a wonderful stay. Elizabeth Beetham

Friendly and Accommodating Service I stayed here in Sept/24. Obviously, I enjoyed it enough to give it another try. I am an adamant non-smoker. On my last stay I brought it up. Reception tried to rid the room of smoke but it really didn't help as it was thick as soup. I mentioned upon reserving I really didn't want to go through that again. I also mentioned I would like to get some breakfast before it was actually served (8 to 10AM). I missed out on my last stay. I am happy to say both small issues from last time were no longer issues on this visit thanks to a young gentleman named Phillip who was only eager to assist with a smile. I was also able to extend my checkout time upon departure without a dreaded money grabbing fee. Luggage storage is also available with a smile (Yanis) so you can enjoy Rethymno to its fullest. To me the greatest virtue of this property is reception. They don't roll their eyes or give a heavy sigh at requests. They indeed want you happy and returning. Breakfast has numerous choices even for the fussiest eaters such as myself. The smallest downfall is the bed and pillows. The support was not firm as I like but we are all different. Even though Room #503 faced the street any outside noise was minimal. Job well done!!

The main issue was the gym - advertised on website, it was unsafe and dangerous to use with all equipment broken and simply dangerous for heath, this gym should’ve been completely shut. Showers in the room were not any better either, filthy, covered in mould, broken doors covered in rust. Overall, this hotel is in terrible condition and shouldn’t be awarded the stars it received. Awful

Fijn hotel,lekker centraal gelegen in de stad rethymon,uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet,iedere dag schoonmaak,bedden schoon,van alle gemakken voorzien,vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren is wel een dingetje als je een huurauto heb gewoon goed zoeken.
