The bed was extremely comfortable, the view amazing and the service excellent! Definitely recommend ! Perfect location if you want to visit Rethymno and across the street from the municipal parking. Great host and make sure to try pickaboo eatery right next to the apartments!

Perfect room for a couple, 1 minute walk to the beach with a lovely cafe just next door for coffees and pastries. Within easy walking distance to beach side restaurants and bars, and 10 minute walk to the old town so perfectly central. Lots of easy access to supermarkets and has a kitchenette with a hob to cook. Only issue I had was the shower. Water goes everywhere and you have to hold the shower over your head unless you want to completely flood the bathroom. Perfect view for the sunrise so I recommend waking up and watching it.

Lovely apartment
Great location right on the front supermarkets nearby and dozens of shops and restaurants lift to all floors but quite a few steps to get to reception

Great location
Great location across from beach. 7eur taxi ride from bus station if u don't want to walk. Big rooms with balcony looking out to road and beach. Old town is mins away and either directions leaving hotel you will find lots and lots of tavernas. The host was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us for early departure to Heraklion to catch ferry since Ktel bus ride was cutting it close. Although bus ride is much cheaper and coach is really comfortable it costs 80eur by taxi for about 1:10mins instead of 1:30by bus for under 10eur. We didn't want to take any chances with ferry departing at 8am out of Heraklion. Highly recommend hotel for short stay...great value and location.

Harbour view appartment.
Good place for short visit. Clean and spacious room with nice big bed. A little bit short of Kitchen equipments.

My wife and I have just stayed at the Aqua marina for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Bad things first, there is no pool (the sea is literally over the road), we had a couple of issues when we arrived (these were dealt with quickly and efficiently) the decoration was looking a little tired, it’s on a main road (with the windows closed you couldn’t hear much noise), not 24 reception (very helpful when she was there). Good things, the location was excellent a 10 min walk into the centre and the harbour, bars and tavernas all along the road, lifts to all the floors, cleaned and tidied everyday to a high standard, comfy bed, good double glazing, air con as standard, any issues were dealt with quickly and well, all basic necessities were provided, it had everything you could want. All in all a great hotel and one we would (and hopefully will) stay in again.

I really enjoyed our stay at Aquamarina. It is in a wonderful location. It is just across the street from a very nice beach with access to water sports. It is also very close to old city of Rethymno. There is a wonderful little bakery right next-door and a market close by. I wish we had stayed at this hotel longer. Will definitely plan to stay here when I return again

All we can say is fabulous, the position of these apartments is ideal. Directly across the road from the beach with a good beach bar, sunbeds ( 12 euro per day for 2) and all the watersports you could wish for. A short walk takes you to the harbour and old town which is beautiful with dozens of bars,restaurunts and shops to choose from. The apartments are spotless with daily cleaning etc. The small kitchenet is adequate for preparing snacks the bed is very comfortable and bathroom fine, dont get put off by reports of showers we didnt have any problems. The balconies are a good size with views over harbour and beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, thanks to you all
