There is no air conditioning, the room is a bit hot; The area is average, but it is relatively clean and tidy

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist ok, jedoch wiederholt es sich täglich und die Auswahl ist begrenzt. Die Zimmer sind alt aber sauber.

Excellent hotel, the room was very spacious, plus the free morning breakfast buffet is very good. Walking distance to near by good restaurants. Another plus free parking which is not always the case in a big city. We definitely recommend this hotel. Wish we were staying longer

Hotel is nice and the staff are good, unfortunately it felt a little bit out of date with modern 4 star hotels. I would only return here purely for business stays. Interestingly, it seems that the owners of the hotel have decided to report and complain about any review on Google Reviews that is less than 4 stars and are claiming it as "Defamation"

Relatively clean and new hotel. This hotel has english speaking staff , which is very good for non-German speakers. Breakfast is ready 6.30am. The hotel room key is quite old fashion , big and a bit heavy. Not really convenient to bring when going out.

The hotel experience was reminiscent of the GDR era. The staff was friendly, but by 9:00 p.m., there was no food left, even though the hotel was quite large. Also, there were no hot showers. First, cold water came for 10 minutes, then it fluctuated between ice-cold and scalding hot.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the centre. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Staff are helpful and welcoming. The hotel is quite old but very well maintained. We stayed in a comfort room. The size of the room and bathroom was sufficient. Room cleaning was excellent. Room cleaning was done every day and our towels were changed every day. The breakfast room is quite large. Breakfast variety was sufficient. There were also breakfast foods we are used to, especially olives and feta cheese. The lack of a kettle in the room was a shortcoming. We are generally satisfied with this hotel.

Spacious rooms, and generally very good services, breakfast, gym, small sauna, restaurant in the hotel, free parking. Good value for money. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved and in many the curtains are not able to darken well, allowing the light to filter in from the early morning.

We only stayed one night in the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. However, the shower equipment was very outdated and no longer worked properly. But everything was very clean and the breakfast was OK, so all in all the stay was OK.
