This apartment is highly recommended. The location is excellent, right in the city center and close to the bus meeting point. Most importantly, the room is clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, including various cookware and a dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer. The toiletries are from L’Occitane, which was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is pretty good.
Especially the breakfast included in the price.
However, the wifi is not good.
The signal is strong but you can not be online.

I stayed in Alda Hotel for four nights. The hotel is situated at the city centre of Reykjavik which is very convenient. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They even prepared a ”grab and go” breakfast for me on the last day as I needed to check out early for my flight. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a high quality accommodation with reasonable price.

Nordic style hotel, super safe. You need to swipe the room card twice to enter the room floor and elevator. Breakfast time is from 7 to 10 in the morning (included). The hotel has a free sauna for guests. It’s freezing in Iceland. It’s not too comfortable to use a sauna to cool down. There is a Japanese ramen restaurant in front of the hotel. If I remember correctly, it’s called Ramen Momo. It’s next to it. The famous Tintin Museum is very small in Leicester City and is very convenient to go anywhere. The nearby bus stop is bus stop 4.

In the city center, the famous lake, it will take about 10 minutes to walk to the concert hall. Lived on the third floor spire. The room is big in Iceland. There is a small balcony. The Italian restaurant downstairs is quite delicious.

The waiter can't have an extra bed after work, give us a bigger room, the surrounding is quite convenient, the hotel restaurant is OK, but prefer other restaurants around, the room is very clean and new, suitable for parents. The room is large and the hotel design is very beautiful, Nordic style. very quiet. There is an Icelandic Immigration History Museum downstairs, don't miss it.

Perfect in all counts. Service was top, free private parking saved hassle of figuring out public parking space, rooms super clean and housekeeping everyday (we didnt really need it but they kept our room tidy everyday), very good furniture arrangement to open two big luggages with room to still walk. Reykjavik city centre is not too big so walking from hotel is not hard at all. Hotel is beautiful with so much art to admire, lobby decor was amazing and welcoming. I am just glad that on my return to Reykjavik from east of Iceland, we are staying there again before we fly off to our next destination. If you’re staying in Reykjavik and don’t mind a 5min walk to city centre, this is the place to book. One small gripe: bring eyemasks for summer as the curtains leak a tiny bit of light no matter how you arrange it (which is a common issue we faced in most Icelandic hotels).

Apartment-type rooms have kitchen equipment The room type is large compared to other hotels. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. It is very convenient to take the airport bus and the Blue Lake bus. The city is concentrated in such a place. Trip.com booked a standard suite can live three people. When booking, two and three people have the same room rate, so it is convenient to fill two people. As a result, I went to the hotel and was charged 60 euros. I thought that if I fill one person, I would have to pay 120 euros more? Everyone can pay attention to this, communicate in advance to avoid unnecessary losses. More suitable for travelers who need to cook, if the oyster is not recommended for a short stay, staying at an ordinary hotel is more cost-effective.

AAW9029Hotel breakfast is very general...not many types...good hotel location...just near the old port... parking is not too convenient if you are driving...the doorway is in the road...no hotel Dedicated parking spaces can only be parked on weekends. Weekend parking is not charged. From Monday to Friday, parking fees will be charged from 9 am to Friday.
BBaobeixingannannanBetter than expected, that is, the sound insulation is not good, facing the street, very noisy, the tourist area, not very quiet apartment, the apartment is large, but the service is not, overall it is decent.
DDavid Chew KiatVery good location and convenient for foods.
However, it is very noisy and disturbing especially during Friday & Saturday night where the bars are open till way into the weee hours that peoples are shouting and cursing down on the street till the morning and the street is dirty with debris and bottles or cans…
Not recommended for couples or family with Children specially during the weekend.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the church and bus stop 8. The reception is very nice and kind. He helped us to book the bus ticket. The room is not big but clean. And the chocolate is also good.
GGuest UserThe transportation is convenient, within 10 minutes walk from the attractions and the subway station, and about 20 minutes walk from the distant attractions.
Hygiene: Very average, there is hair on the quilt, not as good as the Express Hotel
Environment: very average, the sound insulation is very poor, and you will be woken up by the cleaning in the morning.
Service: The staff are very enthusiastic

TTanchixiaolanmaoyyThe hotel is very popular. I could only book a standard room for a king-size bed room before. But when I was about to check in, I saw a superior room and grabbed it immediately. The size of the superior king-size bed room was OK, but the superior twin room should not be 24 square meters and seemed very small. So my friend upgraded the double standard to a suite.
