I am not sure why a hotel that is simply 4 months old would have so many identifiable issues in the suite; broken caster leg on the dining table, non-funcitioning bathroom vent, and crooked toilet seat that seemed like it was ready to break! But worse is that after calling the front desk in the early evening to pick up more towels my companion approached the desk and the attendant just turned and left...not to get towels, just pretending she didn't see a customer. Then the next day the same thing happened to me during checkout. A different front desk woman had her cell phone out and sharing info with another worker while I stood there waiting to hand over my keycard. After she finished her convo with him, she just turned and left and did not return while pretending that she didn't see a customer standing there. Staff needs better training!
