The hotel was right in the centre of Rhodes old town. It was a very pretty building.
Our room was quite small and an inside room so no natural light.
We didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned every day but every other day. So using the same towels on very hot days was a bit grubby.
Breakfast was enough nothing fancy.

올드타운 안에 있는 부띠크 호텔이라 흥미로운 위치를 가졌다. 입구에서 카트를 타고 들어왔는데 나갈때에는 바로 출구까지 데려다주지는 않았다 . 바로 옆에 유명한 레스토랑 바가 있어서 좋았다.
아침식사는 보통이다 .
친절하다 . 다만 침대에서 아주 작은 붉은 벌레를 보아서 청결도에서 점수를 뺐다 .

We called in here on our first visit to rhodes town as it looked so pretty from the outside, how wrong we were never met such rude, arrogant staff, we ordered 3 glasses of wine and a water which came to 32 euros (rip off as the wine was so awful) they wouldn’t even take card (no signage on this) and were insulted by a very rude girl with zero customer service, STAY AWAY a lot nicer places to go and enjoy

This is the worst restaurant we have ever visited on countless trips. The food was poor& bland & in 2 cases inedible ,some of our parties meals were cold with one being sent back . One item was a starter bowl of olives 5 Euros for about 8 olives . When we suggested not paying for the cold items of food the staff started shouting , aggressive & threatened calling the police . They even closed the door so we couldn’t leave until we paid in cash. Check all the other reviews & avoid like the plague . We paid & left as it was 2 of our parties birthday -OMG!!!

Avoid this place, read rewievs first, we were there only for drinks thanks god, too pricey, not luxury at all, no receipt, rude staff, when I asked for a toilet for a kid they told me it is out of order, but lied, luxury place with no toilet ***

We visited April Luxury Suites in Old Town expecting a premium experience, but were extremely disappointed. The food was overpriced and the portions were shockingly small — even kids’ meals would have been more generous. What made it worse was the lack of transparency. When we asked to see the receipt or check the prices, we were told there wasn’t one and they refused to let us verify anything. This felt deliberately shady. We left feeling ripped off and frustrated. There are so many better places to eat in Old Town — I strongly recommend avoiding this one.

I wish I’d read the reviews before going. I thought it was quite in the restaurant because it’s a little bit out the way . Wrong it’s quite because it’s so bad as many others have said . So for starters my wife ordered hummus ,( bread was extra ) the hummus was so runny and not much taste .I had a shrimp dish which had the toughest prawns ever. The mains ,moussaka was actually okay however I ordered the kleftiko which said it was in filo pastry or so I thought it came out in a dish with potatoes and the lamb was actually liver . When I challenged this I was told there were 2 recipes apparently and we had the one not on the menu .I was offered another choice so went for the trusty lasagna. Only to find there’s another way of doing this as well with out meat and no sheets of pasta who knew, it was just loads of penne pasta with a thick stodgy sauce . Absolutely disgusting. Then to top it off no bill suppled and they don’t take card , which again no signs up to say this and not mention when we sat down . Also cheapest bottle of red wine €30 and it was as bad as the rest of the meal. On a side note the restaurants setting was nice which was what drew us in . AVOID

Had a very poor quality overpriced breakfast. The place only took cash, which I find strange since it is a hotel with service. Coffee with sour milk, two dry slices of bread for five euros, watered down orange juice. One the positive side, it was a quiet and nice place.

⭐ 1 ster – Volledige oplichterij! We zijn ZO boos. Dit restaurant durft zichzelf “luxe” te noemen, maar het is niets meer dan een dure tourist trap. €26 voor een pita broodje dat niet op de menukaart stond, geen uitleg, gewoon ineens op de rekening. Geen excuses, geen uitleg, alleen arrogantie. Voelde als bewuste misleiding. Dit is GEEN luxe – dit is oplichting. Kom hier niet eten. Je wordt opgelicht zonder schaamte.
