Room modern & clean - bizarre bathroom area, shower & sink and toilet in area off the bedroom, however the toilet has a clear glass door - have had rooms with frosted doors but clear ! Outside area not great overlooked by apartments not private.

What a great find for our last three nights in Rhodes. Very tranquil atmosphere and our room with sea view was exactly as the photos on the website. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Two minute walk to the surfers beach and bars. We found it a great base for exploring the top halve of the island.

We only stayed for one night as we had a ferry to Halki next day. Booked last minute but we were really pleased with the room. It was modern, large, with a sea view and the dinner was excellent. We ate outside on a pretty garden with a lovely atmosphere. Lovely hotel with great staff!

What a fabulous property !

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. This family-run, freshly renovated, tastefully decorated, boutique-style hotel sits directly on the beach in an exceptional location on the island. We stayed for four weeks. 2 weeks remote work and 2 weeks vacation. Highly recommended for: Couples, single travelers, families who want to explore the island, kite surfers, and digital nomads. Location: Stellar. Away from mass tourism. With a car, all top spots (except Prasonisi) can be reached within a 50-60 minute drive. Supermarket, gas station, car rental, pharmacy - everything is within walking distance. Hotel: An 8-room hotel =＞ thus, the service is excellent because of few guests. Some rooms still have bathrooms that are not completely renovated. Everything else is renovated. Family: It's impossible to mention all our experiences with the family here. Konstantin gave us great tips for the island, Maria and Seva were very concerned about our well-being. A daily "How are you? Do you need anything?" was standard. Their children took care of the restaurant guests in the evening. No tails with a white cloth over the arm and artificial service. Instead, authentic service with a lot of love. (Still top-notch and better than many top restaurants) Short story: Due to our kite luggage, we had problems getting to our hotel by taxi upon arrival, so Seva spontaneously drove us to the airport in her own car when we left the island. Acts of kindness wherever one looked. Housekeeper: Always a smile on her face, respectful/considerate when we stayed longer in the room. The room was cleaned daily throughout our stay at a level where well-known hotel chains fall short. Even our laundry was washed and returned to our room upon agreement. Even though we stayed for 4 weeks, she put small flowers in our room every week. (It's the little things that stick) Waitress: Again, always a smile on her face, accommodating and incredibly friendly. She knew our breakfast routine (double espresso, cappuccino, and Greek omelet) and only asked if she should bring it. She set our table in the morning and brought cushions to our chairs. She was very careful when serving while we were working/calling at times. Restaurant: Outstanding, probably one of the top 3 on the island (see my review Mariposa Restaurant on Google Maps) Internet/remote work: Both in the room and in the restaurant downstairs, the connection was very good. Quiet ambiance with a sea view. Great for anyone who wants to work remotely. Large hotel chains, which are designed for mass appeal, simply cannot compete here. (If one is honest and disregards vanity metrics such as a front garden, a huge entrance hall, a pool or an elevator) A very, very big compliment to Seva, Maria, Konstantin, and their children, who are doing an incredibly good job! We will definitely see each other again!

Place is absolutely amazing, I would not call it a hotel, but home, where we enjoyed our 2 weeks vacation. This place is very beautiful, cozy, absolutely clean, quite, you enjoy every moment staying there. Family, who owns this hotel is very friendly, always kind, helpful, they have delicious meal from morning till night in their own restaurant, everything that was made for us, was made with heart and love. Guests in the hotel do not consider as tourists, but very dear guests. Hotel is 100 meters from the sea, shops are available from morning till night, car rental service is 150 meters from the hotel. Thank you very much for Nikos family for making our vacation unforgettable, we wish them health and prosperity. We definitely will come back to this place again ❤️

Le service était vraiment au top, le lit pourrait être plus confortable mais honnêtement très bien. La chambre était magnifique, juste la sub très vieillotte, pas comme sur les photos et pas raccord avec la chambre mais c'est plus un détail

Ne réservez pas Bonjour, J'avais une réservation pour cette hôtel mais alors que j'étais déjà en Grèce dans un autre lieu. Je me suis faite renverser par une voiture sur un passage piéton, j'ai une vertèbre de brisé et j'ai du rentrer en France en urgence pour aller à l'hôpital car je n'ai pas été bien prise en charge en Grèce. Je contacte l'hôtel, je devais régler à la réception. J'ai expliqué que la carte que j'avais laissé n'était pas la carte bénéficiant de mon assurance voyage que j'acceptais de payer mais je devais obligatoirement changer de carte bancaire pour me faire rembourser par l'assurance. J'ai eu deux personnes qui m'ont dit que je ne serai pas débité. Vous pouvez bien imaginer que je suis choquée en voyant que je me suis faite débiter sur la mauvaise carte alors qu'on m'a dit que je ne serai pas débité. Il est logique que je paye si il n'y a pas de politique d'annulation mais il ne faut pas mentir pour ne pas effectuer son travail. Je suis profondément choquée, le problème n'est pas l'argent car je pouvais payer mais je devais juste changer de carte bancaire pour être remboursée par l'assurance. Et maintenant que je contacte l'hôtel on me dit que j'invente et que c'est ******* qui change la carte alors que ******* m'a dit d'appeler pour faire un paiement par carte et j'ai les preuves écrites. L'argent n'était pas un problème j'étais entièrement remboursé par l'assurance, je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel.
