"This is my honest review! Stayed here from 16 June - 23 June 2026. Location – 5/5 I honestly can’t fault the location. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and within easy reach of Rhodes Old Town, making it a great for exploring the island. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and the beach is right on the doorstep. The surrounding area feels safe and public transport links are easily accessible. Atmosphere – 3/5 The atmosphere was mixed. The hotel itself is busy and lively, particularly around the pool area, and there was entertainment available throughout the day and evening. However, it lacked the luxury and relaxing atmosphere I would expect from a five-star hotel. While some guests may enjoy the lively environment, I found it felt more like a standard holiday resort than a premium hotel experience. Rooms – 2/5 Unfortunately, the rooms were one of the biggest disappointments for me. They simply did not feel like five-star accommodation. The bathroom was extremely small and it only had a bath with a shower head. The floor became incredibly slippery after showering, which felt dangerous. Unlike most five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, there were no toiletries provided. The towels were surprisingly small, and the hairdryer was so weak that drying your hair took forever. The television offered very limited entertainment, with only one channel available to watch. The fridge struggled to keep drinks and snacks properly cold. The air conditioning was effective enough but incredibly loud, rumbling throughout the night and making it difficult to sleep. I also found the bedsheets quite rough and itchy, which further impacted comfort. Value for Money – 2/5 Considering I paid over £1,000 for this holiday, I do not feel the hotel offered good value for money. While the location is excellent, many aspects of the hotel fell well below what I would expect from a five-star. Had it been advertised as a three star hotel, my expectations would have been different, but for the price paid, I expected a significantly higher standard throughout. Cleanliness – 3/5 Overall cleanliness was acceptable, and the hotel appeared reasonably well maintained. However, on several occasions it seemed that the beds had simply been remade rather than the linens being changed. While the rooms were generally tidy, attention to detail could certainly be improved. Noise Levels – 2/5 The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear almost everything happening in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Conversations, doors slamming, and people walking past were all clearly audible, particularly early in the morning and late at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Service – 3/5 Service was inconsistent. Some members of staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, while others came across as quite rude and uninterested. I also found communication difficult at times, as some staff members spoke very little English. While I"

"بقيت في Ixia Dream Hotels مع صديقي لمدة أسبوع، وكنت مبهجا. لقد أحببنا الجو من الثانية التي وصلنا إليها. حصلنا على كأس من النبيذ لطيف عندما وصلنا وكان غرفتنا جاهزة قبل تسجيل دخولهم المعتاد، الذي كان مذهلا! الطعام كان جيد، الموظفين ودية للغاية ومفيدة للغاية والمآكولات جيدة للغاية. لا يزال حلمهم ... We had a beach view and loved it. Our room was always clean and the cleaning lady were friendly as well فندق هادئ كان ما نريد ، فقط مكان يمكننا الاسترخاء حقا. كان لدينا أيضا مناشف الشاطئ المجانية ، لذلك استعملناها كلا من البركة ولكن أيضا في الفنادق فراش شمس خاصة على الشاطئ. كان كبيرا! لأن فراشات الشمس أحيانا مكلفة... أتمنى أن أعود قريبا!"

"What can I say about this little gem of a place, absolutely amazing our room was 15 we didn't have a pool or sea view but oh my god the views from the pool where absolutely stunning, food was also great, But our host Poppy a true and gentle host who could not do enough for you she never stops one special lady and her team are great also all work very hard from morning until late. "This was my 3rd & last time to stay at the Belair beach hotel , ( the previous holidays here had been amazing)I had booked a Twin room with a seaview & balcony at a cost of £1872 for 10 days, on arrival at 1.10am I was greeted by William on reception who informed me there was a family room (409) available for me & suggested I do not unpack as the hotel would move me to the room I had booked in the morning. The following morning I was given room (447) this was a single room where you had to walk on the outside of the room to get to a very small balcony . I stayed in this room for 2 nights as I was told this is what you paid for. It was so upsetting to be treated this way . I was then moved again to room (401) again a single room (which I had stayed before with sea view & balcony) I went to receptiom & again spoke to reception staff, It was then 2 days before I was leaving they realised what they had done & couldn't stop apologising & offering to upgrade me if I was to come back , my holiday was ruined by this , I met so many nice people including Artemis by the pool bar & the happy dancing staff. As stated earlier the first twice I stayed at the hotel it was great , needless to say why I returned The staff at the pool bars , main bar & restaurant staff & housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing ."

"لقد استمتعنا بوقتنا الرائع. أولاً ، الموظفين إنهم حباً ودفءاً ومهذباً ومهذباً في خدمة الضيوف ومفيدة للغاية. شعرنا مباشرة في المنزل. صاحبة النزل نيكوس لطيفة جداً أيضا ورحبة ، ونحن دائماً سعداء للتوقف لقاء الدردشة الودية. كانت غرفتنا واسعة ونظيفة، مع إطلالة جميلة. الشاطئ هو مكان محب للاسترخاء، ومنطقة بركة تتمتع بأجواء كبيرة. الإفطار لذيذ، أيضا، يقدم تشكيلة واسعة تضم مختلف الاذواق اليونانية. كثيرا ما تناولنا العشاء في الفندق ، حيث يقدمون أطباق شهية. بالنسبة لنا ، من المؤكد أنه يستحق التكرار ، وسوف نعود بالتأكيد! شكرا لعطلتنا المدهشة!"

"We just got back from a weeks holiday at this wonderful place. The views are breathtaking but also the rooms are lovely & clean, food great specially anything poppi the owner has homemade. But Poppi herself is such a kind caring & attentive lady who can not do enough to make you feel welcomed & that your holiday is the very best experience. The pool is clean & well kept & a wonderful dip after you climb the hill to the hotel on foot, which could be difficult for some as it's fairly steep but I can not stress to you the worth for the view if you are willing to push yourself slightly like we were to gain the beautiful view above Pefkos. Smaller hotel than we experienced before but much more of a family vibe & a closer more personal experience eg a home from home atmosphere which we loved. Anything you need Poppi herself will go above & beyond to cater to your individual needs to best of her abilities. The local shop has plenty of choice & a cake bakery with the most amazing cakes to feast on of all types you can think of. For those who struggle to walk, there is a taxi rank at bottom of hill who nip you up the hill for an agreed amount of few Euros (always agree price before hand with taxi guys) We loved this little slice of heaven & will most definitely be returning soon."
