I had a fantastic experience at the resort, where I found the beautiful property to be well-maintained and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service, and everything ran smoothly during my stay it was all just right. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and scenic escape. Met beautiful thank you for your hospitality. Would like to mention Mr Danbir , Ms Jencita ,Ms Margaret, Ms Alfida and the Fnb team sorry couldn't remember the names .

We were not impressed with our stay at all for the 5 star price we were paying. The term resort is not appropriate for this property . Started off with the breakfast timings which is stated as 0730-1030 in their menu book but we were told it ends at 0930. Slow service at the morning buffet. Real coffee is chargeable at breakfast and instant is all that is provided. Our driver was not given appropriate assistance for a nights stay. On enquiring about room service late night, there is none available. The water bottles provided had fungus in them. Housekeeping was poor. No toilet paper provided. They removed the towels and didn’t replace them. Squeegee provided only after repeated requests.

Wonderful Experience. Very nice staff, food and environment. Too good property. Very lovely lake scenery from cottage. Food taste is amazing and very fresh, you can order anything veg, non veg. Staff never say no to anything to anyone. Must visit place.

I had average experience at this property. Property is well maintained but management needs to be improved. Breakfast was usually cold and the same goes for dinner. The presentation of food was also quite un tempting. The summit management needs to up their game.

Simple property but ticks all the right boxes as per necessities and needs. We stayed in cottage rooms. It had an A/C, Geyser, Room Heater. Extra Blanket was provided without extra cost. Water heater. Stunning lakeview from the cottage rooms. Tasty food. Courteous staff. Very clean.

The Location is the USP , near the lake , Away from Shillong city traffic, The resort has very friendly staff and service is good . The quality of food is good . With 15 minutes walk you can take enjoy the Umiam Lake beauty and can enjoy boating and sun rise .

Actually our stay at La Nicholas was memorable because of prompt service delicious north indian breakfast , house keeping services crockery cutlery everything has class of its own Location was wowww we walked everyday by the riverside , my room was riverview so overall stay was quite therapeutic

The staff at resort were incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of. They went out of their way to ensure our children were entertained and happy, and any requests we made were handled promptly. Thank you 🙏🏻

Service was good and it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are very nice and spacious. We had a great time except we couldn’t use the Swimming pool due to the weather otherwise everything was nice ….. Thank You and especially a big Thanks to Margret for coordinating and attending to all our needs.
