スーツケースは預かってもらえません。もっと最悪なのはホテルなのにシャワー、水道の水が出ないことです。２泊したけど水が出ず、歯磨きも洗髪もできない。水が出なくなるのは1回だけじゃないと他の人が言っていたので恐らく日常的に水の供給が止まるのでしょう。 これについて返金もないし、補償もない。 最低なホテルでした。

Great travelodge, in very good location with clean and fresh rooms.

book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

Hotel limpio y moderno. Lo recomiendo por precio. A 40 minutos del centro con Transporte Público.

とても清潔な部屋で、一晩過ごすのには十分な設備が整っておりました。ドライヤーだけ部屋に備え付けがないのですが、フロントで貸してもらえます。アクセスも良く、周りにはレストランやショッピング街など充実しており、高級住宅街の街の中にあるイメージです。

Japjit was very helpful and kind to us, resolving any of our problems. The room was clean and tidy. Prime location that is very close to many attractions and sites. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Richmond!

Very Very Budget,.. Staff not very friendly, Reception stank of curry as we walked in. Rooms clean but Tiny kept banging my arms in shower. 🚿 barely had any power, Shower sink hole clogged up, leaked onto floor as only had a curtain. You can hear people moving about above you we were on floor 1 Buzzing sound all night from think a fire alarm sensor, And no baggage hold on check out we planned to tour around Richmond after but with no facility to leave a bag..Very poor...In my opinion if theres a hotel £40/60 more id pay the difference for a better hotel ..Location good.

We enjoyed our stay in this particular branch because it was walking distance from the London Underground and the Town Centre which have variety of shops ranging from Post Office, stationary, Restaurants and other dining and fast food shops.

The location and check in / out set up was very good. The room was very tinny. Very little space to put your stuff. Out of 9 nights the linnen changed once while the floors never cleaned.

Room was a bit in the small side but not too bad for a London location. Problem with air conditioning but was resolved

Make no mistake, the rooms are very compact, and so are the ensuite bathrooms. However, the room we had was perfectly clean and fresh. It had an air/con which worked (windows sealed), queen bed, shower in the pod style bathroom, tea makind and a coffee pod machine - really liked that touch - and pids were replenished every day. We could not open both our suitcases at the same time, but really this place is central for Richmond and has a compact price, rare in this city

Was caught out at there being no left luggage facilities. We arrived about 1.5 hours before check in but had to pay £15 for early check in rather than drag our cases round. It’s a central location but very soulless

All great and good and clean and safe. Very central and awesome team. Always 1st choice. 5 m train station

Room was nice and warm. Check-in was super quick. Asked for an extra duvet, they were happy to help.
