This is a great hotel. The owner Jay and his family are good people and will make sure you have a comfortable stay. I rented three rooms for four weeks for a project in downtown Richmond the commute is about 17 minutes. Plenty of restaurants close by, grocery store next door and anything you could need within two miles north of property. They take pride in giving you a clean comfortable room it’s evident how they take pride and care of the exterior and property. Housekeeping does a great job as well. You do see a couple negative reviews but you can’t please everyone, there are more positive than negative reviews. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed—no complaints there. The whole place had a relaxing vibe, which made the stay even better, and the quality was better than I expected. Staff was friendly and efficient, which I always appreciate. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time.

We had a wonderful stay at EconoLodge! It's a great place for families — the environment is safe, quiet, and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall upkeep of the property. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay with family!

Clean rooms, good price, and quiet place. Needed an early checkin and I was accommodated. Front desk agent Jay was kind and patient. Definitely recommend. Location was perfect close to restaurants and stores. WiFi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Great value for the price I paid

“Neat, clean, and conveniently located!” I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very neat and clean, and the entire property was well-maintained.
