Cabañas del Capitan

Mi hija enfermo de herpes y no se hicieron responsables mande correo fotos pruebas y querían el historial médico de mi hija para poder hacer algo los bungalow super pequeños no cabía en el baño una incomodidad total no cabe duda como engañan a la gente la cocina literal esta fuera de la habitación ni una disculpa me pudioron cuando mi hija de 14 años enfermo les exigí me regresaran el dinero que les había pagado para almenos llevarla al medico mande evidencias fotos de cuando comenzó mal en el bungalow y ni así son demasiado sucios nos sentamos en el área en donde venden bebidas y nos quitaron de ahí que es para la gente que consume el único lugar en donde pega la sombra y nos movieron déspotas groseros puercos antihigienicos una experiencia muy desagradable y te tratan super mal no lo recomiendo si quieres que te de herpes ve a las cabañas del capitan porque esa madre se riega fue lo que les dije que mínimo sanitizatan y me tiraron de loca

Que triste ver que la calidad ha bajado en este hotel toallas en mal estado contactos en habitaciones rotos la limpieza pésima el utensilio de la cocina parece que se hayan llevado de su casa lo que no les sirve da pena ya la calidad espero mejoren y tomen en cuenta las opiniones

Very disappointed in this resort, we arrived late and we were shown to our room , we were very uncomfortable with the open kitchen and open space with our neighbour. We went to a grocer the next morning and throughly cleaned our place. It was very gross, but we decided to stick it out for 3 days. By day three we were ready to leave and find a better resort that suited our comfort zone. Unfortunately they would not give us a refund and though they did try to give us another room , we decided to stay put because we had cleaned the room and didn’t want to clean another. So we made the best of an extremely uncomfortable situation. The only internet was by the pool and lobby, we had been told it would be in our room the next day, never saw it,haha . Our bed was so hard, my wife had to put towels down to soften the mattress so she could sleep. No matches for our gas stove, and no hot water in the kitchen, it was so bad it was funny. The birds had free range to visit and leave calling cards. Pool was nice except for the dirty lounges and bird poop on the back of the lounges. The umbrellas were nicely decorated with the bird droppings also, nice to look at when you are relaxing. Every chair and couch were uncomfortable. Because the kitchens were open, it was very, very loud. Found popcorn kernels under the bed and a discarded plastic cup under the shelf in the kitchen. The resort looked nice in the pictures and the people working there were lovely. Never so happy to leave a holiday.

The beach here was great. There was lots of action, vendors, restaurants. Within the hotel, I really enjoyed the Mexican families, and how happy the children were playing with their siblings and parents. The staff were ver friendly and helpful.

Booked this for 14 days but realized our mistake after one day, our room was filthy and we had to go out the next day for cleaning supplies to sanitize the whole area. We took this up with the front and were offered other rooms, however, we had sanitized the room to our liking and were NOT doing it again. Lounges and umbrellas around the pool were black and covered with bird droppings . No internet in room so we had to go to the pool to get Internet. Bed was like a rock , Balcony door did not lock and main lock was from the seventies with a chain. Open air kitchen with some potted plants to separate the neighbours table from your table and we each got to stare at each other. We ending up putting our umbrella on its side to give us some privacy. Nothing to light our gas stove with and no hot water. Bought some pinesol to spray clean our counters because the birds were welcome to come in and leave their calling cards. We tried to get our money returned after three days of trying to adapt but the management said no way, no refund. So we made the best of and roughed out the last 11 days. This property is VERY LOUD and if you are going for R&R, this is not the place for you. The staff were lovely and there are no complaints about them. We have been to Mexico, over twenty years and this was the most disappointing trip we have ever made. First time we were excited to be leaving our vacation. I think you can probably do a 2/3 day but the rest was spent out of the resort. These pictures are accurate, and sincere. I wish this property well, but they need to clean up their acts.
