This Hotel is terrible I hooked trough DELTA wish highly recommended to book with them I stay room 220 people was complaining about the same that day bad service the mirrors mold dust broken walls bathroom horrible nasty I travel a lot this the worst experience..

The view is great, that’s it. The beds are fine, the pillows hard, I have better towels to dry my dogs with. The room is $252.00 Canadian for the night. Comes with 2 water glasses and a plastic jug to get water down the hall. 2 coffee cups but no coffee maker or place to get coffee here at 7 am. This place is beat up bad,really needs renovation. Internet not bad if you’re on the patio. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in

A lovely 5 weeks at the Torreblanca in Nov/Dec. It is our favourite time to go as the hotel is not busy and so quiet and relaxing! The food was fabulous, breakfast was as per usual, fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh omelettes. Lunches were such a treat. We were there 25 days and did not repeat any meals. Fresh fish, salads, lovely vegetables rounded out our day. I have a special diabetic diet and don’t eat red meat and Jonathon, Mary and Rogelio totally accommodated my diet. Superb! The hotel continues to be at a high level of cleanliness and the pool is superb! A beautiful beach and lovely town!

Unfriendly staff and signs everywhere telling you what you can’t do. Felt like a prison. We had family in the area and they weren’t allowed to come say goodbye to us. We had to talk to them on the beach only. You have to eat your meals in the shady restaurant and you’re not allowed to take your food to a sunny table on the pool deck. They are so worried about theft that they pretty much make you feel like a criminal. The shower broke in our room so we had to move to another room. We had someone stand like a guard and watch us move all of our belongings, not help us or be apologetic about our inconvenience. They were only concerned that we had key cards for each room and that something would go missing. The view was fantastic but there are several hotels on the beach with the same view, take our advice and stay at a different one. There are so many other hotel with staff who are happy to welcome you, stay somewhere else with authentic hospitality.

Despues de 4 años volvi, pero sus "politicas" me obligaron a pedir cancelacion, sus villas deficientes, viejas. Su comida malisima. Zona de alberca muy bien. El personal es amable, pero estan amarrados a las "politicas" de la direccion del hotel.
