給了一層，走廊地毯有點兒臟。服務人員也不熱情，我前面的女士問題很多，我等了5-6分鐘都沒有解決，然後我就去了衞生間，我的朋友在那排隊等辦理入住。我從衞生間出來發現，那位女士還沒完事，前台多了服務人員，但是並沒有幫助我的朋友辦理入住。我便上前詢問，該工作人員説我以為你們和那位女士是一起的。我就想説，她金頭髮我們黑頭髮，怎麼看我們也不是一起的吧！還有一個亞裔面孔的很傲哦……反正不友好～

房間很好。

Near the airport but quite a distance from city centre. Room were clean but the hotel is quite old and rooms are not sound proof. Limited options in breakfast.

Just arrived it's good service nice friendly staff looks Central location nice area recommend a stay here good experience.

Excellent value for a late arrival flight before onward train journey the following morning. We even enjoyed the half hour stroll to and from the airport! Bed was comfortable, spacious new shower and good breakfast all included for £57 for two! Thank you!

Hotel was good, clean and friendly staff. I struggled with access to the metro train and bus stations

Very friendly staff and clean room

相對來説比較不錯了了，性價比比較高，去機場交通也很方便，公交車可以直達機場，不過要注意容易堵車，要提前出發。

Good, basic hotel for a one night stay. Comfy bed, large shower with good pressure, decent sized room and good free breakfast. The only niggle was that there were no sockets near the bed or any USB sockets in the room.

We're a family who stayed for 1 night to rest in preparation for an important flight..mm Upon our check-in, we were put in two distant rooms by one of the receptionist, We're a family of 4 who requested two twin rooms, not sure what she were thinking, putting one room on side and the other at the other corner of the building, like right at the end of the corridor, they could've tried at first but clearly lack attention. So you can guess what happen, I went down to reception and said you put is in rooms far apart, it has to be close at least, there was this other agent at reception asked if the rooms were used I said obviously no! , I literally just came to the hotel, he asked in a confrontational tone and wasn't civil or professional, couldn't help but notice this terrible approach and lack in customer service skills. Very unwelcoming. There's also no air conditioning or room temperature control, this is way below basic quality. More importantly, they left the bins in the room with o bag, how totally unprofessional,.I had to stay at this hotel so I could be close to the airport as I had a very important flight to attend. But this hotel is not up to adequate standards. Highly not recommended

Arrived really late but quick checkin , room clean and bed really comfy , taxi from airport was under 10 mins and cost roughly £15 ( tip included 😊) good nights sleep followed by breakfast which is included in the price , everything from fruit , cereals , yogurt , toast or to set you up for your travels you can have a cooked breakfast, really enjoyed and the staff were lovely, hotel called a taxi for us which arrived really quick and we were on our way back to the station stress free , highly Recommend
