It is second time we've been here and we are highly satisfied. The Hotel is very nice, modern rooms, clean, warm, excellent breakfast and very kind stuff. The sauna and spa zone clean quiet and comfortable. There was also outside warm jacuzzi and cold pool. We hope to come back again

Such a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located 10mns walk from the main ski lifts. The place itself is beautiful, very cosy and extremely clean. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a large selection of fresh products. And the staff was lovely and super helpful. Will come again!

The breakfast was the best I'we had in a long while. The sauna with eterical ambiance was wonderful. Friendly staff, incredible amenities, walking distance from Kronplatz ski lifts... We had a really lovely time.

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno molto piacevole e tranquillo, la struttura è stata rimodernata di recente. Colazione molto varia, con prodotti locali di qualità sia dolci che salati. La camera era spaziosa e molto luminosa. In generale ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Non parlo dell'hotel, ma del bar annesso. Gestito in maniera negativa da alcune addette alla ristorazione. Accoglienza del cliente da dimenticare, parlano e ridono tra di loro mentre il cliente attende per ordinare....attesa lunga anche per un caffè. Lo scontrino lo devi richiedere più volte anche dopo aver pagato in contanti. Da dimenticare.

Bellissimo albergo ristrutturato da pochissimo tempo. Camere nuovissime e con metratura molto generosa. Colazione super! Spa nuovissima, ampio parcheggio e posizione eccellente.

sempre una piacevole conferma.....ma da quest'anno con una veste rinnovata e ancora più accogliente. La trasformazione , seguita passo passo sui social, si dimostra ancora più bella live; scelta dei materiali, attenzione ai dettagli e buon gusto sono i 3 elementi che subito saltano all'occhio ! Pulizia delle camere , nuova spa , nuovi spazi comuni , varietà e bontà della prima colazione completano il quadro.

La struttura è semplicemente eccezionale: penso il migliore hotel dove abbia mai soggiornato, per tutta una seria di elementi positivi. Le camere sono bellissime, ampie e spaziose, areate, luminose, il profumo legnoso che vi si respira rende la permanenza un piacere. Straordinaria la colazione, sia salata che dolce, estremamente completa, i prodotti sono freschi e propri della zona. Il servizio di bar e caffé davvero piacevole, per trascorrere una mezz'ora bevendo qualcosa, ma c'è anche la possibilità di mangiare, pur non essendo ristorante, ma i servizi ulteriori sono davvero comodi alla struttura. Magnifica la spa, con sauna, bagno turco, piscina, jacuzzi e sala relax al piano semi-interrato (con anche palestra) e sauna solo per adulti, giardino pensile e jacuzzi al quarto piano, sul tetto. Un'esperienza di soggiorno veramente magnifica!
