"Stayed at this property for two nights in the first week of April 2026 with family and a small child. The family room was specious and had all provisions. The veg restaurant served a wide range of delicious dishes. Location of the hotel on the bank of Ganga river was just perfect. Watching the scenic view from the room of the majestic Himalaya mountains with the impressive stream of water of river Ganges flowing divinely was a memorable moment. Staff was helpful and courteous. Proximity to sightseeing places added value to the location. Overall it was a joyous experience. I will rate all departments very high. Dr. Himadri New Delhi"

"horrible experience. No kids play area. Very dirty pool. Very limited options in breakfast and dinner. Orange juice was bitter in taste. Moreover, dinner timing was 7.30 but buffet was not ready till 9 pm. They don't want to provide any service and the staff argues with the guests on everything as they don't want to admit their mistake."
