Im Mai verbrachten wir 2 Nächte in der Adler Lodge Ritten. Für uns ein top Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist Spitzenklasse: die Lage herrlich mit Blick auf die Dolomiten, luxuriöse Unterkunft, nur 43 Junior Suites und Chalets, wunderschöner Wellnessbereich mit Infiniti Pool, Waldsauna, Fitnessraum, exzellentes ultra AI. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mahlzeiten wurden hervorragend präsentiert, der Maitre kredenzte immer passenden Wein zu den einzelnen Gängen beim Abendessen. Besondere Wünsche wurden erfüllt- ich bat um Schlutzkrapfen und Käsknödel. Es gäbe noch mehr herauszustellen, die Adler Lodge ist einfach spitze. Man kann sie jederzeit empfehlen.

Vacanze meravigliosa, un posto da sogno. Già dall'arrivo ci si sente coccolati dal personale veramente cortese e professionalmente preparato. Tutto funziona alla mraviglia dalla Spa sl cibo alle attività. Il cibo è veramente spaziale e ricercato, ottima la scelta dei vini, consigliati con grande professionalità dei camerieri. Un posto da tornare sicuramente.

Just returned from a 4-night stay at this lodge. It was overall pleasant with a few things amiss. First the good: - The view from the lodge is absolutely gorgeous, a perfectly serene place to relax and we were blissfully happy sitting on the deck (we booked a jr chalet) doing nothing and just letting our eyes drink the view in. - The food is so wonderful!! I was especially impressed by dinner, each night they had a different 4-course menu (always with two options for each course except the dessert), as well as a couple fixed menus, and we could order from whichever menu and mix/match as we wished (and everything was included in the stay). The dishes were all creative and delicious and we almost always tried to order one of everything, this was definitely a highlight of my stay and something I looked forward to each night. The servers were always attentive to our needs and good with remembering our preferences, which is an added plus. Now the things I wished were different in our trip: - There's no AC. At our request the staff brought a fan to our room which helped a little, but still, the room was quite hot and stuffy for the days we were there at noon and during the afternoon (high temperature were in the 30C's/80-90s F). Perhaps it's because the heatwave has made recent days an anomaly? - Laundry service was broken for the first few days we were there, which was an inconvenience. - On our checkout day I unfortunately woke up with a lower fever, we called the front desk asking if there might be any Tylenol/medication for fever, 20min later someone came to my room saying they'd send something in half an hour, but until we checked out (which was like 2 hours later) no one came. This was disappointing especially compared to other hotels of similar star-level/pricing that I had experienced in the past.

Esteticamente bellissimo, sia il posto che la struttura, con una vista mozzafiato. Gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Cibo e vini di alta qualità. E un grazie in particolare a Christian, Clara, Anica, Rudy e Thomas–siete tutti bravissimi!!

Come regalo del mio compleanno da parte dei miei figli io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di trascorrere 3 notti all’Adler Lodge RITTEN,zona che non conoscevamo e che ci interessava…Che dire esperienza strepitosa?siamo stati “coccolati “ dal personale dello staff molto attento ad ogni nostra esigenza,il posto è meraviglioso e l’atmosfera magica….non avete potuto trascorrere compleanno migliore ,grazie a Clara,energica e molto preparata su vini e piatti,a Christian,attento e disponibile,a Rudy e a tutti!Complimenti x la formazione del personale,x attenzione al cliente ed organizzazione attività (grazie ad Alex x camminata di 12 km in una natura incontaminata….torneremo presto Betta e Gianca
