"Hotel location is good, opposite is a large supermarket, convenient shopping, good breakfast, self-service, self-control, full-fledged clothing, plenty of drinks, clean rooms, big bed room, suitable for small families, convenient parking"
"This is a historic hotel, and it was nice to have a different emotion from other business hotels.
The location is also great.
The Mexican restaurant located outside in the evening is also great.
I was a little embarrassed because the provided room was for the handicapped."
"Motel parking is very convenient, no breakfast, basically the preferred hotel for self-driving tour, the room is a bit old, the TV is still the style of the old convex screen, the health can generally live, there are many things to eat around, about three kilometers from UCR."
"Really happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. We were attending an event at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino so I was horrified when I first saw the $400+ rates for that weekend within San Bernardino & was grateful to find a great deal in comparison at this Hampton Inn in downtown Riverside. I was also extremely thankful for the amazingly fast service I received at check in -- the front desk guy literally got me all checked in in 2 min -- since we were running a little late for our event after hitting traffic on the way down from Monterey.
I can't really think of any cons we encountered, but other pros include: hotel parking was within their own security-watched lot behind a gate so we didn't have to worry about our car or anything in it, mini fridge AND microwave in our room, super comfortable bed/pillows, noon checkout!"

Great
LLaurie Volmthe hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful.
I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.
GGuest UserSecond time here - thought I'd give it one more try since we are members and get points for staying. First time, advised manager of cleanliness issues and he gave us a ton of points back for his apology and I felt he was sincere. Second time, got a much better deal on Trip.com but alas... same same: room not very clean; mold in tub, bottom of tub dirty, sink not drain, blood on floor and carpet, coffee maker very very dirty and more. Again, manager very sincere in his apology but honestly, he's either not saying anything to his staff or, like many other employers these days, he has to take what he can get for staff. Super sad - location is great and SAFE, breakfast is great (and free/included) and rooms could be super nice. I would rather lose coins than upload the photos I took -- you'd never want to go and MAYBE improvements have been made this time.
KKristen ZabrowskiReally happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. TTAOThe hotel is only on the side of the road. The road is not busy, so it is not noisy. It is very easy to find with Google Maps. It is actually the most common two-storey motel in the United States. The environment is not bad. It is surrounded by palm trees and has free on-site parking. There is a swimming pool, warm front desk service, complete room facilities, TV, refrigerator, microwave, gourmet coffee machine, no kettle (like a microwave oven), air conditioner refrigerator is very noisy, American hotel hotels do not provide disposable toothbrush slippers. The breakfast room is very small, three tables, 7-9 o'clock, weekend to 10 o'clock, not many varieties (eggs, sliced bread, homemade waffles, cereal milk, coffee, soda, apple), but there is absolutely no problem to eat. The room has a balcony with a coffee table chair, and the big bed parents have a child to live without stress. As a self-driving tour stop, it is still very good, value for money!
GGuest UserThe waiter was very warm to the Chinese, very close to the desert Ole, convenient shopping, very good. The room was very clean and the whole environment was very clean. The Banning accommodation staff was a little messy, but it was okay, no problem.
RRachelThe hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.
GGuest UserPerfect environment, great value for money. Well-equipped facilities add memorable memories during a short trip. The colorful mix makes people feel happy, and I am very moved by the pet-friendliness. If you come to Palm Springs next time, you will definitely come here.
MMarioInitial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.
AAichidexiaobaoziThis is the cheapest hotel I have booked in the United States. The overall cost performance is good. I originally booked it for shopping in outlets. If you just pass by and take a rest, you can choose this one.
GGuest UserI was expecting a rather poor experience based on some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently remodeled. Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.
