The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. "Pros: 1. Excellent service. 2. Free parking right in front of the hotel. 3. Generally clean. 4. Good restaurants on the first and fifth floors. Cons: 1. There's music playing in the hallway from morning until night, and it's too loud. You can hear it clearly in the room. A hotel is a place for guests to rest and sleep, not a KTV.... 2. The mattress is too soft. 3. Rooms on the third floor are right next to the pool, so you can clearly hear people laughing and chatting, as well as the music from the pool. 4. Breakfast is just average."

"So far, our trip has been enjoyable, although the weather has been rainy. The accommodation has been fantastic, particularly in terms of food and service. However, we did experience a theft in their parking area, which is located outside the resort. Unfortunately, the parking area isn’t secure, and the surrounding neighborhood doesn’t feel very safe. This was quite disappointing and impacted our overall experience."

"This was a last minute booking for me and I was happy they had an available room. Check-in was fine. I was assisted by two very courteous female front service desk staff. I just wished they were also able to advice me about the room they provided me which apparently had a door inside connecting to another room. They later clarified and assured that no guests were checked-in there. The room was very spacious, clean and had no undesirable smell. There was a balcony, not much of a view. The A/C was working just fine. Gym equipment are fairly new although I didn't get to try them during my stay. Pool was big and clean!"

"Amenities are good. The little things that matters most should be checked, like towel replacement. As our towel got soaking wet in the pool, we requested a replacement but, the receptionist mentioned that they’re not into replacing towels which is part of hygiene, especially we have a kid who has sensitive skin. Also, there should be a rug available at each room as the room will get wet after swimming which can cause wet bed and floors."
