"The room was very satisfactory. I recommend everyone to try it. You can choose Tiantai Restaurant as a place to eat. You can also get up early to climb the mountain and walk around because it is inside the scenic area. I went there during the Qingming Festival, which was just right. There were flowers everywhere, which made me feel better. Facilities: Very new, the toilet is heated and can clean your butt Hygiene: Very clean, equipped with disposable toilet mats, disposable bath bags, wormwood bath bags and loofahs in the small basket Environment: The scent of flowers in the air, the green plants and fallen flowers Service: The service is very considerate. "The Sheraton Rizhao was easily the best hotel we stayed at in Rizhao. It is a very luxurious hotel with excellent service, a beautiful swimming pool, several restaurants, and a great location—only about a 10-minute walk from Wanpingkou Beach. The housekeeping was especially impressive. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day, and drinks, robes, and towels were always replenished. I was sick during our stay and used a lot of tissues, and the staff actually noticed and started leaving extra packs of tissues in our room every day without us even asking. That level of attention to detail was excellent. We were also very happy to have such a nice pool because there was a typhoon during our stay and we couldn’t swim in the sea. The room itself was luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. My only real complaint was that we paid ¥1,050 per night because we booked in advance, but after we checked in, the exact same room dropped to ¥850 per night. It was disappointing to know we paid significantly more for the same room and same dates. One suggestion would be to have separate pool hours for adults and children. During our stay, children were jumping, splashing, and taking up a large portion of the pool, which made it difficult for adults to enjoy it. Overall, I would not stay anywhere else in Rizhao. This was by far the best hotel in the city, and I would definitely recommend it."

"The facilities of this hotel are very old, and it feels like a guest house priced at 200 yuan. The mattress and pillows are very soft, and the mattress is so thin that you can feel the coils of springs. People with bad backs will suffer from a night's sleep. The weirdest thing is the bathtub. You can't adjust the water temperature. It can only produce hot water at a constant temperature. It's scalding hot. Unless you wait two hours for the temperature to cool down, you can only use the kettle to pour cold water from pot to pot. The hygiene situation is also very worrying, the mirrors are moldy and the carpet leaks from the cement gaps underneath. The breakfast seemed to have a variety of varieties, but it was appallingly unpalatable, almost the level of a group meal for senior citizens. The parking lot is public and poorly marked. The only four points given are to the service staff. The service staff in the front office, guest rooms, and restaurants are all polite and enthusiastic. If it were not for their support, this hotel would only be able to get 0 points."

"I booked a standard room at the Sheraton Rizhao. Upon arrival, I was told the room wasn't ready yet. I checked in first and was told they would call me when it was cleaned. So I went to eat. After more than two hours, I hadn't received a call, so I went back to inquire and was told the room was ready. Unbelievable. When I entered the room, I found the floor was dirty with hair, and there were stains on the sink, clearly showing signs of a rushed cleaning. At night, I noticed stains on the duvet, so I called housekeeping to change it. The balcony door also wouldn't open. The facilities are outdated. Then there's the Korean restaurant on the basement level. Walking in, some tables hadn't been cleared, with leftover food piled up, which was unappetizing. The BBQ prices were high, and you couldn't even grill your own meat. By the time our main courses were finished, the meat still hadn't arrived. After much waiting, it finally came – the pork belly was soggy, and the 188 RMB beef short ribs were barely ten pieces and impossible to chew. Speechless. As for the Sheraton's breakfast, it's the only restaurant I've ever seen where you have to queue. After waiting for a long time to get in, the tables and chairs were far from clean, and the food was mediocre. The quality doesn't even come close to a five-star hotel. They didn't even provide disposable chopsticks. Disappointed, I will not rebook this hotel. After checking out, the hotel actually called to ask for a good review. Don't you have any self-awareness? Is this how you get all your good reviews?!"

"موقع الفندق مميز. سهولة وقوف السيارات. يمكن الوصول إلى الشاطئ عبر جسر مئات من الأمتار. الطابق عالي حقا. حيث أن المصعد هو مشكلة. الدرج هو طابق سفلي. الغرف مؤثثة بشكل وثيق. الإضاءة مظلمة. يتم تشغيل الإضاءة أو مظلمة. الأجهزة ليست جيدة. مشكلة الإضاءة يمكن حلها حسب الطلب. رفع درجة حرارة الواط. الإضاءة في الغرفة تصلك تدخل الزوار بطريقة مختلفة عن بعض ملاحظة الفندق بشكل عام قديم وضيق في بعض الأحيان الفطور جيد ولكنه نظيف رغم انه هاديء ولكن عند الدخول فتح الباب في غرفة للنظافة عندما لاحظت ان مغسلة الملابس وجدت ان احد المغسلة تفقد احدى المراتب وتقدر تطلب من موظف النظافة ان ينظفها وتفاصيلها يجب متابعتها مرة اخرى النافذة المطلة على الحديقة يمكنها مشاهدة نصف جمال شواطئ المدينة ومشاهدة عرض الألعاب النارية في مدينة تونج في المساء، ومشاهدة شروق الشمس على البحر في 37 طابقا في الصباح الباكر، باختصار المنظر من النافذة مفتوح، تجاهل المشاكل الصغيرة بشكل عام، لإقامة راضية"

"Don’t make a mistake. Rizhao Shifan International and Shifan Apartment seem to be the same building, but they are completely different. In my opinion, the apartment is just a guest house. There are many teams training for water sports, and the front desk has no intention of caring about individual guests. We decided to change hotels in the middle of the night. The manager on duty that day was very enthusiastic and showed us the room, and we immediately booked the hotel at Shifan International. Once again, I am glad that I chose Shifan International. From the front desk to the room service, I can't say anything, they are warm and thoughtful. The hardware is really bad. The hotel is old and the bathroom is a bit shaky. It feels like taking a boat. Haha, the room can see the sailing dock, although there is no I saw the sunrise, but the scenery was still beautiful. Despite its flaws, I will choose Shifan International next time. I would like to thank the manager on duty that day and the front desk clerk for their warmth and thoughtfulness. I also received a small gift before checking out. For no other reason than to praise your hotel's software services. Friendly reminder, the owner of the canteen on the first floor of the hotel is very kind and the items sold are not expensive. It is much cheaper than going to the beach. If you have any questions, the owner will tell you everything. It is a very good stay experience and I will recommend it to my friends."
