"One of my worst nights at a hotel. It’s not completely the hotel’s fault that there was a heat wave these days, but with +34C outside and no A/C the walls were basically like heaters and opening the window (even the door) did absolutely nothing. I was sweating in the night and had a really bad sleep. To make things worse, there were people outside the window screaming till around 1am and loud machines cleaning the streets from around 7am. The bed mattress was also rather thin. I somewhat liked the location as it is close to the centre, but it’s not an area where you feel comfortable walking at night."

"Very shabby, very shabby, shabby. You can only sleep in it. Many things are broken. There is no hair dryer. The door still needs a key to open. The water needs to be left for 5 minutes to heat up. Paris 500 is not so shabby."
