Worst Hotel I’ve been stayed. Never thought Best Western could be this poor condition. Phone line couldn’t work properly, locks not locking well. One item they have is the most awesome shampoo ever used, blowed up my hair.

Such a let down.
We had much higher expectations since this was rated well, but the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows on a king bed were 1/3 the size of a normal king pillow, the toilet handle had to be held down for 10 seconds to flush, and the shower handle was broken. It was clean but that’s the bare minimum expectation for any hotel. We booked someone were different for our next night in town.

The beds were too high to get into properly. Toilet paper was really far from the toilet. For tall people not short fat old people like me. Door didn’t close properly and didn’t figure it out until we went to breakfast. Construction around the property was terrible, not the hotels fault but part of the overall problems. Not the worst place but in my bottom 1/2. Won’t stay there again. Sorry.

Would like to thank the manager/owner for allowing us to check in an hour early. We were traveling from FL attending my husband’s parents funeral . They were accommodating and we are grateful and thankful for their assistance. Great hotel and staff .

Neither good or bad.
Positives:clean room throughout, everything works including the A/C (thank god), hot water in the shower and sink, warm food ready for breakfast, and conveniently close to the highway.
Negatives: bed frame squeaking every time I lay down, card reader on the door occasionally not cooperating with my room key (at one point, the reader just locked me out of my room and had to ask the desk clerk for help, took several times just to clarify the situation but at the end of the day, it was fixed), only one luggage cart available, not enough lightning (none by the door), water pressure in the shower could be turned up a bit, and the front desk clerks are not the greatest to understand meaning they’re from India. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, no offense to them at all but they are hard to understand either in person or over the phone.
The worst part is that they wanted my money before I arrived. I pacificily selected to PAY AT PROPERTY, but they called me and pretty much demanded me to pay for the room, even though I was about a hour away from the hotel. So with no choice, I was forced to pay, thank god my room wasn’t taken away. Customer service could be improved. Overall, the hotel wasn’t great but also wasn’t bad.
