The people were great. My problem was the elevators. One has a button that is missing - which of course was my floor and the other was having issues. The room was clean the bathroom was clean but not spotless - I don't know why the corners don't get cleaned.

Location was great for us. Close to Spider lilly festival theift stores and Harley Davidson. Win win!! They were under a tad bit of construction but everything was clean and staff was great! Would stay again.

Spark in rock hill We liked the hotel, the room we had was nice and comfortable. The elevator was missing a button on the panel and had broken tape over it. It was a little disappointing that the pool was closed for cleaning. Overall we had a good time and would visit again.

All of the staff are very nice and it’s nice and quiet in the rooms but somehow my reservation got cancelled by *******!! The staff helped me and gave me my reservation back.. I would like this looked into to find out why ******* cancelled my reservation.

The hotel itself was a little run down but I absolutely loved the shampoo and soap smells. Shower was great, room was clean. They had some nice touches added. Bed was comfy.

Very comfortable, quiet, and a relaxing stay. What I don’t like about Hilton is the fact that me being a resident in the area disqualify me from staying at Hilton. Luckily I was able to stay. I booked the room through ******* and NO WHERE on ******* indicated that locals can not book at Hilton. ******* allowed me the option to decline some type of coverage wherein Hilton required the coverage. Very misleading information. The hallway near the laundry area on the first floor had a strong smell of gas which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable

i feel like it was an old motel that was poorly refurbished - lobby was very nice (almost comparable to a TRU) until you got in the elevator and the rest was dreary and tired looking. One elevator of 2 didn’t work. Wouldn’t stay at a Spark again.

The hotel don have a really breakfast, only fruits, coffe, te and muffins, the elevator out of service, one door open all time and any security becuase this door ia to the back of hotel, i reuqest clean an change towells.. never clean and only put a few towels on the washbasin, never removed the trash... terrible

Smells Someone. Was definitely smoking in the hotel. Our. Room smelled like ****, and we got the cigarette smell often from other rooms, despite this being a non smoking hotel. Everything else was great.

This property is brand new, and so it's a comfortable stay - no drama, new carpets, new showers, new furniture. Well worth the money.

We were in Rock Hill for a full week for a basketball tournament. Wingate was not too expensive, had breakfast included and was close to the event venue. Although the hotel is older, everything was clean and we felt very safe there. The breakfast each morning was the same thing, but it was good and we were able to fuel up to start the day. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was a great size! At the front desk they had food recommendations by Patrick, the manager. We tried several and were not disappointed in any of the restaurants! Patrick also went above and beyond to make sure we were able to stay an extra 2 nights at the end of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
