Took my wife here for the weekend for her birthday. Was amazed by the incredible architecture and the European feel and atmosphere. We stayed in the Swallows Nest room and the mountain views were amazing. The proprietors were very friendly and hospitable and knowledgeable about things to do and see in the area. The breakfast were amazing as was the massage that came with the romantic package. I would highly recommend this inn. Thank you for a great weekend. Michael in Virginia Beach

My husband and I chose this charming place to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a beautiful experience. From the breathtaking views of the mountains on our way there to the unique details of the building, everything was simply spectacular. We spent the night in the Swallow’s Nest, which offered stunning views of the mountains. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in bed, which was a delightful bonus. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing experience.

The property is beautiful! It is so unique and was built by the owner. Words cannot describe the level of artistry! I stayed in the Swallows Room….WOW!! The view was amazing, bed was delicious;as were the sheets! Ginormous shower for two! The homemade granola was so good!!!! ( part of breakfast). There is a hot tub, too! Perfect hideaway-cannot wait to return!

We booked this Inn based on reviews and an article I had read. It did not disappoint. We have travelled quite a bit and on this particular road trip, had stayed at over 8 different places during an adventure on the Blue Ridge Pkwy. By the time we reached The Fenton, we were ready to relax. The owners are incredible. Professional, nice and have built the entire property themselves. I've never been so impressed with the attention to detail. The woodwork, the village, the service, was all overwhelmingly perfect. Spotlessly clean almost like a place you thought didnt exist anymore. They went out of their way to provide and early breakfast because we had to get back on the road, recommended the perfect place for dinner (if youre in the area, don't miss the Devils Backbone Brewery, we already miss it.) Please dont hesitate to stay at The Fenton if you are in that area. You will not be disappointed. Perfection.

Spotless, unique, stay that we discovered online. We were traveling south on Skyline Drive into the Blue Ridge Parkway and needed a place to stay. This is a beautiful inn with intricate woodwork, beautiful views, and so quiet. We haven't had breakfast yet, but looks tasty from what I've seen and read. Truly a special stay!

Hubs and I celebrated 52 years together at "The Fenton Inn" in LOVEland, VA..near top of Wintergreen..."it took us far away!!" What an absolutely incredible facility..you have to experience it! The owners/operators built theselves from clearing land and using resources...let me tell you this isn't just a "jack of all trades," but a "Master of all Trades." The breakfast is 5*...we must return when the snow flies. Thank you for the warm welcome and stay!! the Pardes

This place is BEAUTIFUL!! The craftsmanship of this place is amazing. The rooms are amazing and cozy! The owners are amazing and if you have any issues they don't hesitate at all to accommodate you! Their breakfast was delicious!! I don't have anything negative to say about this place.

The craftsmanship of the buildings is very beautiful and first rate. You can tell a lot of love and passion went into the design and construction of the facilities. Our hosts were welcoming and gracious. Breakfast was well stocked and the homemade granola was delicious. Treat yourselves to this beautiful B&B located near the entrance to Wintergreen Resort.
