Cheerful home with beautiful large yard centrally located!

Our 4-bedroom home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or grill, two master bedrooms, two living areas, as well as a large newly landscaped backyard! The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from multiple freeways. We are centrally located in Rocklin just 20 minutes outside of Sacramento, and only an hour from the snow! We are two miles from Sunsplash and the Gallery Mall. Only 4 miles to Top Golf and about 7 miles to Thunder Valley Casino! Also, you could walk or ride your bike about a mile to the Quarry Park! Neighborhood Walmart is about half a mile away with all your grocery needs! We also have a beautiful neighborhood park with two playgrounds, a basketball court and a half mile walking loop located at the end of our court! If the schedule allows, we do offer an early check-in or late check out for a $60 fee.
