The host was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. I'm not going to say it was a perfect visit because we did run into a few minor issues, but the host was very responsive and had someone fix the issues quickly. The maintenance guy was also very kind. The house is cool and every room had a comfortable bed with their own personal air conditioning (a must for people from Phoenix!) The beach is a little bit of a walk but not too shabby. The view from the rooftop is very nice! I would rent from the host again because of the host's hospitality and communication! Thank you!

Our host was amazing. Beautiful property. Our host Mike was amazing! He responded to all messages very quickly. He was super helpful with local activities. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! The house was beautiful and had tons of space for all of us. We had a total of 8 adults (6 were early twenties), a teenager, and a baby and we all had an amazing time! My young adult children loved the 2 small add on houses in the back! The hot tub was great at night after long days. The property had everything you could need. It was in a beautiful neighborhood. There was security that drove around all day. Views were great! Rooftop was awesome! Every room had its own bathroom which was great! Definitely would love to stay again!
