"مكان نظيف وواسع، وطاقم عمل ودود. يقع بالقرب من وادي بني خليف والصحراء (حوالي نصف ساعة بالسيارة). المكان قديم بعض الشيء، ويحتاج إلى تحسين بعض التفاصيل، ولكنه عموماً مكان مناسب لقضاء ليلة."

"From the moment we arrived until departure, we were treated like royalty. The hotel management and staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, flexible and accommodating. We stayed in the suite that has a private outdoor pool that directly overlooks Wadi Bani Khalid, perched high above in the surrounding hills. The view is breathtaking, and the place is serene and relaxing. The property itself is new, and they’re still putting in some finishing touches. This is definitely a hidden gem, an under the radar property that is simply the single best property to stay at. Pro tip: last km is an unpaved dirt road incline into the hillside. if you are not comfortable with this, just arrive before sunset. An overall incredible experience, highly recommended!"

"Solid 4/5 on all fronts, but I can't give 5/5 in any area. Chalets are very basic. yes, it's hard to expect more luxury from desert stay, but very easy and cheap improvements can be made there. The staff is helpful, but there's so many of them and sometimes you go to your chalet and staff member just has a loud video call with his family back home in the area where guests supposed to hang out. I don't mind really, but there's must be a staff room for that (or any place - we're in a desert after all). There was a lot of families with kids, but no playground. Come on, we're in a desert, make a fun sandbox for kids! Also, after I booked, prices have dropped 50% on the same dates. Thankfully, Trip.com refunded most of the difference, but it showed what real price should look like - no more than $100/night"

"We tried to book a room but the receptor didn't speak well english. First he said there is a room available, then another one came and tried to charge us 189€ for a family room. Very dissapointing."
