Room is clean and beautiful. Only thing is that the shower will leak water out and everytime someone above you flushes the toilet, you will hear the water noise. Free wash and drying of laundry. However, dryer will take hours to dry. Aside from those things, hotel is great for pictures and service is good!

Pros 1. Luxury treatment (Good services after check-in) 2. Professional arrangement (after Check-in & Check-out) 3. Front desk quick response & availability to deliver request (Room call) 4. Well mannered staff with warm welcome Cons 1. Unacceptable delayed check-in (3 hours waiting) 2. Afternoon tea boring menu. Nothing special at high price. Mediocre food that not match the price. 3. No courtesy. Tea time bills should be treated by hotel (we are waiting for the room at the table as we have no where to go.) 4. Morning Breakfast variety need improvement especially the Asian corner, taste bad in China is unacceptable specifically the noodles soup taste terribly bland. 5. Morning Breakfast consumption not enough to cater with the numbers of customers. Session end at 11:00am but at 10:00am many variety left empty. 6. Windows glass need cleaning due to dirt blurry view (Hotel Room Suite with a view of the harbor). 7. Serious improvement needed for the hi-tea sets, lost my appetite looking at the cookies and cakes decorated with a tray of fake grass, look gross. Majority of the items on the plate taste cold and bland being left over unfinished. Overpriced ridiculous portion of truffle fries with little to no truffle at all, rely on tomatoes sauces and sour cream from other plates. TWG tea should be served FREE because taste like tap water, the tea bag is dated and tasteless maybe expired. Coffee beans need to upgrade for its price my expectation it should be better than Luckin coffee. 8. Certain area of the hotel suite is a little dated and need replacement especially the bathroom mirrors that looked oxidized as if fungus is living in it. 9. Please replace the rain shower hose, it’s dated and not function properly. Conclusions There is nothing really wrong with the hotel, it’s the food menu need to change and the hotel room take note on the small details as we paid hefty price a night. Workforce management needs to pay attention, why would you need 3 hours to prepare a room? You kill tourist day and time that you can’t undo. Customer is paying for the luxury, we don’t pay to hear how sorry from St.Regis staff that failed to deliver. We are not here to listen to your problems.

Excellent stay and great value! We stayed as a family of 4 in the tatami 2x double bed room. The room itself was spacious and super clean. The hotel provided great amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, vanity set etc and even Roberto Cavalli hand cream! The location was excellent. Right opposite the Opera House and around 20 minutes walk to the City Balcony. The gentleman at front desk was professional and helpful. He also helped with luggage. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a very strong sense of design. It is a cliff hotel by the sea. It takes 40 minutes by boat from Hengqin Port to Dong'ao Island. The hotel has a dedicated concierge to greet and send you to the hotel for check-in. The scenery along the way is beautiful. The hotel lobby faces a sea view and feels particularly good. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. I went to the Begonia and Haiyan restaurants. The restaurant tastes delicious and the service is also very good. In particular, Tary is attentive and thoughtful, and he is very nice. It is worth visiting again.

The hotel is located in Jida, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets, massage shops, and many popular restaurants nearby. The hotel is very open and the parking space downstairs is in the open air. The room decoration is very atmospheric, the lobby design is first-class, the front desk staff is friendly, the restaurant breakfast may be newer, the service was a bit chaotic at the end of February, but the food style is good, I saw that the waiters tried their best to handle it, I hope to see improvement next time I stay, and I also look forward to the opening of the swimming pool.

The last time I came to Jingyun Villa was in 2019. This time I felt very cordial. The room facilities and hygiene were still very good, and the service was considerate. Every staff member I met would take the initiative to say hello. The hotel called the guests one day in advance to confirm the boat schedule to the island, arrange to welcome the guests, and complete the check-in procedures. The housekeeper Meng Lin led the guests to the room and informed them of the precautions. The driver of the island tour took the initiative to introduce the scenery and history of Wanshan Island and took the initiative to take pictures for the guests. The hotel arranges to pick up guests at any time 24 hours a day. When we left the island, we went directly to the pier because we were in a hurry. The staff specially delivered the luggage we stored in the hotel to the pier and handed it to us. Thank you very much! It was very quiet and comfortable in the hotel on the island. I spent a wonderful weekend. I look forward to the next opportunity to come to Jingyun Villa on Wanshan Island again.
