"Carabao Island is a great place to explore. Having this kind of resort is also a good thing, they have a lot of potential. We tried the dome tent for the first time and it wasn’t so bad but not ideal during day time as it can get extremely hot inside. The beach is amazing and calm."

"Very quiet and peaceful location. Very clean and tidy. We loved the swimming pool and lounged there often. The food was good, but then we discovered the “hack” for enjoying great dinners at Sunset Cove! In the morning, Simply ask the kitchen what seafood is fresh. (In our case it was usually some combination of shrimp, calamari or crab). Then tell them which of the fresh offerings you would like for dinner. They will suggest a couple of preparations to choose from, such as Shrimp Sinigang, or Calamari Curry ( very tasty!) Charo runs the show at Sunset Cove, knows everything and everybody in the neighborhood. Lean on her for great advice. Shout out to Cris Joyce and Christopher who are generous, warm and great hosts in every way possible. They made our time at SC very special. Romblon Fun Divers were also great. We saw tons of stuff and always felt safe. Very quiet and peaceful location. Very clean and tidy. We loved the swimming pool and lounged there often. 5 stars!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel NaeR during our 6-day sister trip exploring Romblon Island. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location perfect as a base for exploring the island. One thing we truly appreciated was their flexibility. We arrived very early at around 3 AM and they accommodated us, and they also allowed a late check-out. While there are corresponding fees, everything was handled smoothly and reasonably, which made our stay so much more convenient. The receptionist was especially helpful friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Romblon!"

"The first thing that stands out to me is how clean and neat the resort is. I love that there are plenty of plants and flowers and some coconut trees. This resort really gives off that summer beach vibes. And their location is perfect as it's near Carabao Island Observatory and Think Tank, and long stretch of white coral sand beach, but if you'd like a fine white sand beach, you can just ride to barangay Poblacion. The staffs are helpful and polite. Their food are scrumptious and worth the price. Their dog Timmy is one of the highlight of our stay. We had the backpacker room and stayed there for one night. Their facilities are great. Two restrooms and two shower rooms and kudos for that thoughtful consideration for having a restroom/shower room for PWDs on backpacker room. They also provided locked cabinets. In our case, we didn't have the need to use it as we had the big room all to ourselves the day we stayed. I am together with my friend, it's just the two of us sharing backpacker room. Highly recommended! 10/10 stars."

"This is a great place that I can recommend in every single respect. People are super friendly, no matter if at reception, in the restaurant or people taking care of your room. The rooms are very clean, nice and spacy, the restaurant has excellent food. It is located in a very nice and calm area right at the sea. Coming from Boracay, where live was too loud for us, this place to us is paradise. You can as well rent a scooter at the hotel and explore the island as you wish. I wouldn't be able to make a single negative remark about Lanas Beach Resort and we would return definitely anytime. Thank you very much for giving us such a great and joyful time here in Carabao."
