This home is perfect for creating summer memories at the lake. Includes 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, kitchen, indoor dining for 8, outdoor dining for 12, 2 comfortable living rooms, laundry and even optional pontoon and/or jet ski rental! Summer memories start here! Beautiful four bedroom home located directly on Sylvan Lake. Sylvan Lake is an all sport lake perfect for skiing, fishing, and tubing. Guests will love to cruise around the lake and take in the lovely views, as well as various islands! The town of Rome City is a tourist destination with attractions such as Gene Stratton-Porter State historic site, Sylvan Cellars event center, and even a Bingo hall! There is a fantastic grocery store, diner, and ice cream shop all within walking distance of the home. Fishing Line Trail is a 7.7 mile trail that is great for walking and biking. Shipshewana is located 30 minutes from the home. Guests will have full use of the home and optional pontoon rental-inquire about pontoon. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the second floor. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the first floor. Bonus level features 4th bedroom, full bathroom, and living space with twin bunks and couch with fireplace. Bonus level walks out to deck with lake access.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.
