Actually, everything else during my stay was wonderful — the housekeeping team and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made me feel very welcome.
However, I must express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the restaurant’s operations, which significantly tainted an otherwise pleasant experience. At the restaurant, the reception staff told us that we could sit wherever we liked. Following their instruction, we chose a table, only to be loudly scolded by a waitress in front of all the other guests. She insisted we had taken a table that was already set for the lunch service.
This public confrontation was not only humiliating, but also completely unnecessary — and deeply upsetting. It clearly reflects a severe lack of internal communication and training within the team.
As a guest, I felt disrespected and embarrassed. The inconsistency in the restaurant’s service approach and the staff’s unprofessional behavior significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. I sincerely hope the management will take this issue seriously and provide better coordination and staff training, so future guests do not have to experience such discomfort.
