地理位置優越，步行可到西班牙階梯，離購物街也就隔了三五分鐘。 服務還不錯，該有的都有。歡迎水果很多，夜床後玻璃礦泉水就放在床頭。有體重秤！這個很重要！ 房間挺大的，帶露台可惜沒啥景色。不過頂樓露台bar景觀很不錯，遠眺聖彼得大教堂，喝杯酒很愜意。

剛剛入住有點失望，酒店很小，房間很小，門口街道很窄。樓頂露台是亮點，早餐晚餐都可以在露台解決。早餐不是自助，但是品質非常好。去景點和購物都在十分鐘走路距離。建議晨跑，景點人少，涼爽。

Amazing staff, they were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and hygienic. Breakfast on the roof top had a lovely view of Rome's city centre. Also, a great location everything is close by with minutes of walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with attention to detail everywhere. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The whole place is spotless everywhere. The perfect location to see everything and as well as the superb rooftop terrace for breakfast, aperitivo or dinner there is also the unmissable Aqualina Michelin 2* restaurant. We had an incredible experience with knowledgeable staff and warm service. Again nothing was too much trouble to make your experience memorable. Cannot recommend the hotel and staff enough.

Localização perfeita e quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Porém, o que mais me cativou foi o serviço. A equipe do First Art Hotel é incrivelmente amorosa e atenciosa. Queria agradecer em particular o carinho da Natália e do Adriano na recepção e do Massimo, Vera e Chelsea do restaurante. Que pessoas incríveis. Vocês fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Excellent location - ideal for visiting key sights on foot and with lots of brilliant food options nearby. The staff were very accommodating and kind and the hotel has a great aura and aesthetics in the room, restaurant and lobby with lots of attention to detail. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely be back.

Our 4th or 5th time at this friendly hotel, staying in a suite or a deluxe room. Modern, spacious, well furnished. Friendly staff. Lovely rooftop bar / restaurant with a nice Roman view. A quiet street. 2 mins. walk to Pzza. di Popolo. 10 mns. to Spagna. If you stay on the 4th floor prepare for some noise from rooftop bar action.

Great and fancy hotel. Boutique hotel so small size. Service is great and staff will go lengths to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast on rooftop is great. All in all highly recommended!

Mio marito ed io abbiamo trascorso tre giorni piacevolissimi in questo boutique hotel. E’ situato in un tranquillo vicolo del centro di Roma, vicino a Piazza del Popolo. Posizione ottima che consente di raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle attrazioni situate nel centro. La gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità del personale è un altro elemento distintivo di questo albergo. Ho apprezzato in particolare lo stile dell’arredamento delle parti comuni e della camera: modeno ma caldo e accogliente. La nostra camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort di un albergo a cinque stelle con letto grande e comodissino (anche menù cuscini e fragranze!). Ottima la colazione servita nella terrazza al sesto piano: servizio veloce, ben organizzato e di ottima qualità. Molto buono anche il ristorante di pesce alla sera. Soggiorno al di sopra delle aspettative, torneremo!
