رد من مكان الإقامة: Dear GuestHappy to read that you enjoyed the location of our 118 years historic hotel on the Via Veneto; next to the US Embassy and the Borghese gardens.The additional comments that the Concierge team was extremely kind and helpful, but I apologize that at the front office a colleague was not nice.Due to our actual wiring system, we are not allowed to have kettles nor coffee makers and I agree this is inconvenient. We do offer free coffee/team ordering room service.We are planning a full renovation of the hotel and look forward to welcoming you again.Marc LannoyGeneral Manager
