The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There's no 24-hour front desk, and no one cares when you arrive late. The soundproofing in the room is extremely poor. In the early morning, there were noisy children and the noise of the waiter cleaning, which made it impossible to sleep. There's no luggage storage service, and the front desk staff are all in a hurry to get off work. It's really bad, and I don't recommend staying here.

不算有阳台,也沒有任何洗衣機。房間一個人住非常大，3個住就會嫌小了。水壓不錯可是不能調角度。有冷氣但是是中央空調不可調節。地點非常近火車站很方便但是入口不好找。不建議晚上check in 会找不到，晚上街上比較雜要注意。 前台不是經常有人在，早餐很有限但是不差。服務非常熱情

Fabio was extremely accommodating and very personable. We were able to coordinate early bag drop. Rooms are cleaned very well daily and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Location is right next to Termini station and ties well for A or B line metros. We went with 2 families and were lucky to have such a nice location. Only 6 rooms on our floor, so not much noise at all. Thanks for everything!

The location is prefect, the rooms very clean and organized . We stayed for one day. The only problem since it was my first time in Italy Rome the place was hard to find we had to call to get direction , but it is not a big issue. Diffidently will come back. They have breakfast . The girl from Peru was very nice and polite.

Lovely little find! Very close to the Main train station in Rome. Double gated, and a very lovely receptionist, and lovely room (not massive but adequate). Simple breakfast in the morning. We booked as we only had one night in Rome and got the train from the airport to Roma Termini and then the following day to the sea port. Perfectly positioned for this with just a few minutes walk

I needed to cancel my reservation. (I emailed and gave the reservation number but got no reply. (I booked directly with Suite Inn in Rome.) I However, when I tried to email to cancel, they were not helpful. 1. First--my computer kept telling me it was a suspicious site. 2. When I called, I was rudely told to cancel through the third party site that I booked through. I told them that I booked directly and they hung up on me. 4. After at least five tries and me doubting myself as to how I booked, I was finally provided a link to cancel. CANCELING TOOK ABOUT FIVE HOURS OF MY TIME NEGOTIATING THE CANCELLATION OF MY RESERVATION.

Accommodation with few merits and many defects. Convenient because it is close to the station but of course the neighborhood is not the best. It is located in an apartment building that needs a lot of maintenance. Tastefully renovated in a minimal style but too much: there is no wardrobe or chest of drawers but only coat hangers, only 1 bedside table, only 1 stool, no extra pillows or blankets. Room for 3 + very small cot, nice bathroom but only 1 roll of paper (already open) and some maintenance to do (mirror LED flashing). Breakfast unspeakable: not even at home is so poor: only 1 croissant each. I asked for another but he said no because they were numbered. Very few other things to eat or drink. At check out they didn't let us keep our luggage even for a few hours. Not to mention the children: total absence of safety measures (non-compliant balcony) and steps. Cradle without even a blanket (cradle surcharge 10 euros). In short: the price is absolutely out of proportion and disproportionate to what they offer. I would not stay here again.

A differenza di molte strutture che non servono la colazioni ,la nostra colazione Inqualificabile comprende solo prodotti di marca :cornetti freschi acquistati in pasticceria rinomata Martinucci ogni mattina , cerali kellog di 3 tipi alla frutta ,cioccolato, corn flakes, fette biscottate Mulino Bianco, yougut bianco e alla frutta, ciambellone ,marmellate ai frutti di bosco, fragola albicocca,ciliegia,miele ,nutella, ciambellone,burro, succo d'arancia, tramezzini American sandwich , prosciutto cotto, formaggio Cheddar ,maionese ,olio, the ,latte fresco, caffe macinato a chicchi,thè,cioccolato. Poi frutta fresca sempre a disposizione 24 ore e bottiglia di acqua inclusa per ogni ospite.Nessuno puo smentire che questi prodotti sono sempre presenti nella nostra colazione. We stayed here one night as we were passing through. Convenient, in front of the station, precisely almost in front of the Leonardo train tracks. Breakfast does not vary. Not even a chair in the room! It's fine for one night, no more.

Ho pernottato per due notti nel ponte del primo maggio e sono stata veramente molto soddisfatta! Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione, posizione molto comoda a tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Arredato moderno con una temperatura ottimale all’interno. Nonostante ho preso la camera più piccola era comunque spaziosa e con una doccia grande e il bagno giusto per due persone. Il letto comodissimo! Non si sente alcun rumore e si riposa in tranquillità! Stanza pulita e personale disponibile. Massima libertà d’entrata e uscita, mi hanno gentilmente tenuto i bagagli fino all’ora di partenza. Ritornerò sicuramente .
