This is not a hotel, over all look like Airbnb. They don’t have reception, you need to ring them to bring up a key( wait 10 mins). Anyway, the guys is very nice to explain in detail.

NOT like the pictures Do not recommend staying here. Bathrooms are not connected to the rooms. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable.

Le seul côté positif de cet établissement est sa situation mais: - salle de bains minuscule et pas d accessoires ni papier WC de réserve! - lit pas confortable - fenêtres sur cour intérieures - armoire inutilisable (pas de rayons) - cuisine sans thé ni café ni eau en bouteille - pas recommandable Trop cher pour ce que c est!

The rooms were within easy walking distance of the Vatican and in a wonderful neighbourhood. The room was very clean and adequate. Gaining entry to the property was trying and time consuming.

Would not recommend. The bedroom and bathroom are private but NOT the communal hallway between them! Walls paper thin so can hear the other guests from 4 other rooms! Doorbell rings at all hours of the day and worse yet, there is no hot water! Maximum of 2 minutes each between my partner and I of hot water and when we asked for help the customer Service number stated they only speak Italian then hung up. Poor service and poor space. Not private as advertised and issued raised were not addressed. We would not invite anyone to stay here after our terrible experience. Such a shame. No iron when requested either.
