Struttura molto accogliente, camera moderna e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Ottima posizione a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Colazione ottima servita direttamente in camera. Proprietario disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e per consigli. Avevamo anche dimenticato la patente nella cassaforte e il giorno dopo la nostra partenza si è premurato di spedircela. Esperienza top!

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, das Frühstück wurde morgens ins dunkle Zimmer gebracht. Es war sehr übersichtlich. Man musste immer eine genaue Uhrzeit angeben, das ist lästig im Urlaub. Es gibt keine Parkplätze in der Umgebung, eine Parkgarage nimmt 35€/Tag. Aufgrund einer Fehlinformation des Hotels wurde unser Auto auch noch abgeschleppt. Sehr schön im Urlaub. Wenigstens hat das Hotel die Kosten übernommen. Das Hotel ist für die Anreise mit Auto ungeeignet. Wir kommen nochmal nach Rom, nehmen aber bestimmt ein anderes Hotel.

Exceptional attention to detail Id inadvertently booked one less night than required and although they were fully booked they endeavoured to help me out with repeat calls texts and follow ups Instructions to access the property were accurate and extensive The room was quaint I had the Berlin room …the other rooms are also named after major cities I was asked what I wanted for breakfast which was superb and in fact which I had part for bfast then morning tea The b and b is in very close proximity to the main train station

Die Unterkunft ist, insb. für Bahnreisende, perfekt gelegen. Man/Frau gelangt fussläufig vom Bahnhof ohne Probleme zur Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas versteckt, einfach der Adresse folgen und dann das (unscheinbare) Türschild lesen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und mit einem Espresso empfangen, obwohl wir „zu früh“ da waren. Die familiäre Atmosphäre und Sauberkeit zeichnet diese Unterkunft ebenso aus, wie die zentrale Lage. Obwohl die zentrale Lage vorliegt, ist es ausreichend ruhig. In der Früh gibt es ein sehr gutes italienisches Frühstück. Alles zusammen - eine absolute Empfehlung - auch weil das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut passt.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement super accueil personnes adorables et serviables aidantes. C est d une propreté excellente. Rien à redire. Situation à 850 m de la gare centrale et station de métro A et B. Je retournerai la bas sans soucis . Merci encore à city life et leur souhaite une bonne continuation.

Chambre "Barcelona" accueillante, bien décorée, très propre, au calme donnant sur un patio. Bonne literie, de l'espace, du rangement. Petit déjeuner copieux, servi dans la chambre. Un personnel à l'écoute, sympathique, souriant et aux petits soins. Hôtel de 5 chambres seulement, au premier étage, bien situé, sécurisé, proche du centre, de la gare et du métro. De nombreux restaurants aux alentours et accessibles à pied. C'était parfait !

The B&B is close to the main train station and within walking distance to all of the main sights in Rome. Breakfast was great and plentiful. They kept our bags after checkout, while we toured around Rome. Our host helped us with a great restaurant for dinner the night we stayed…great restaurant! La Famiglia - just around the corner. Would stay here again!

I chose to stay at City Life the night before my flight home from Rome to the US. The B&B is conveniently located within walking distance from Roma Termini train station, which is the primary reason I booked. The owners of the B&B were so friendly at check-in and very helpful, providing a map of the area and restaurant recommendations. My room was very clean and spacious, as well as comfortable. The bathroom was great as well, and I found the shower to be great. Water pressure was fine and the shower was more spacious than some others I encountered during my 3 weeks in Italy. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful - it felt very personal because at check in the owners ask you what time you want breakfast and what selections you would like. And it’s brought right to your room exactly at the time you requested. My only complaint would be that there is sometimes noise from neighbors late at night it seems, but that’s no fault of the B&B at all. Also the overhead lights emit a faint light even when the switch is off, but it was fine and didn’t keep me up at all. Wonderful B&B - would recommend to others and stay here again if I ever find myself in Rome again.
