the properties of the room was so old and the toilet was broken. the location was perfect.

Nice stay, good deal considering the location, friendly staff! Wifi wasnt working due to some maintenance, Else comfortable stay. Great, we could keep our bags for an entire day after check out. Good to know: A little walk around for collecting the keys.

Posto bellissimo, vicinissimi a piazza Cavour, il B e b sito all'interno di un palazzo anni 60 molto curato, tranquillo con portiere all'interno delle scale A e B, la camera non grande ma molto pulita, molto silenziosa ed inoltre con i confort di un letto matrimoniale comodissimo, ben arredato in stile moderno, inoltre televisore a schermo piatto e climatizzatore, il bagno fornito di asciugamani bianchissimi in spugna e saponi shampoo ed asciuga capelli, lo consiglio sicuramente perché la location è straordinaria a due passi da San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo ed a circa 700 metri da piazza Navona e Villa Borghese, prezzo eccellente una notte per due persone comprese tasse di soggiorno Euro 86, 24 e prenotato con Booking.it

Terrible management horrible place, after hanging 3 hours at the address no one responded the door,we had to walk 2 km for collect the keys with our luggage,than walk in this terrible block of flats,it took 30 minutes the find the flat,nothing signposted. Room is no bigger than 9sm, and unbearably stinks sweage, water pressure in the shower so low and we couldn't use the shower, no curtain for toilet window wich facing neighbours living room, not belive this professionally taken photos, cleaner use lots of ofor sprey for covering the smell, bedshits and towels olso been odor sprey rather then wash. If you care your health do not stay here..I 've book the room via Web side call Agoda ,owner of the guest house told us he doesn't care about this Web site it's not their agent,

AVOID AT ALL COST. SERIOUSLY. The check in is a 15 minute walk away from the actual property, we didn't realize this. Had to take 3 total ubers to finally get the key and enter the property. The property has a poorly constructed elevator, where if the door isn't closed by other residents, you can't call it. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to close the elevator to call it back down. The property is badly managed, deteriorated, and dirty. On ******* it is advertised as a hotel, it is not. They advertise for 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, it doesn't exist. The thermastat for the room was broken, we sat in our sweat in 90 degree weather at night. The hot tub in the room was broken. Street construction surrounds this property, noisy, inconvenient. Condescending, rude, front desk. Acted like it was my fault that their ******* advertisements is false and misleading.

Very clean, 7 blocks long walk from check-in to the actual room. Could easily hear other guests.
