Os cobertores da cama estavam sujos. Os armários não são limpos. O tapete da casa de banho é sujo Não limpam a casa de banho apenas despejam o lixo do caixote. Só têm direito a toalhas os adultos, fomos com menores que tiveram de pagar pela toalha. Sem falar que tivemos de ficar com a toalha durante 4 dias, não trocavam. A porta não fechava direito e entrou um rapaz embriagado no quarto às 4h da manhã, deitou-se na cama com uma das pessoas que lá estava. O pequeno almoço é muito, muito pobre apenas havia na mesa bolos. Tivemos de pedir pão e trocaram pelos bolos. Mas só tivemos direito a duas fatias por pessoa. A água que colocavam na mesa vinha aberta, era aproveitada de outros dias, nós esperamos que tivessem sido apenas das nossas mesas! Muito fraca a experiência!

Me and my friend stayed here in april 2024 for 3 nights and found the hostel disappointing. We booked a 4 bed mixed dorm and ended up sharing with a couple who were probably in their mid 60s (we are 18 & 20). Unfortunately this made us feel quite uncomfortable as young women, as all other hostels have policies where people over 45 need to use a private room. After a horrific night sleep because of these people (obviously behaviour of the guests is out of the hostel’s control) we went to ask to move rooms and we were instantly dismissed by the receptionist who defended the people we were sharing with despite us making it clear we felt unsafe. The toilet stank to the point where we were gagging (clearly a plumbing issue) although the room was decent itself. But the kitchen was very basic with what smelt and looked like someone’s dirty laundry left in one of cupboards. One member of staff randomly walked into the room without warning went into the toilet and then walked out again at 10.30pm without saying anything. Overall very disappointing and not the place to go if you are a young woman.

Las habitaciones eran muy básicas con las camas sin hacer, sentías que le dabas igual al personal y que solo se querían quedar con tu dinero, el trato malísimo, cuando llegamos todo estuvo muy mal organizado y parecía que ibas a entrar a una cueva o algo así porque al entrar no es lo mismo que se ve en las imágenes, y una vez que entrabas tampoco es que mejorara la cosa, el agua se ponía o muy caliente o muy fría y no te podías duchar a gusto, se notaba que había poca limpieza en general, y la verdad que está en un barrio lleno de grafitis que tranquilamente podrían vender droga.

If you want bed bugs and unhelpful and rude staff, who are clearly lying about how they handle the bedbugs problem, this is the place. Furthermore, if you want dirty rooms to sleep in and lots of noise from the street, you should definetely go there. Horrible experience.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It’s falling apart, don’t be fooled by the pictures. The bathroom is a room with a few showers that is shared by the entire floor, it was so dirty, wet and gross that I didn’t even want to step in it. I was placed in a room with other 4 big men and the vibe in the entire place was just shady. At night it was impossible to sleep, you can hear every little thing from the entire property. The bed and pillow are just plain horrible, the “lamp” was just a hanging wire with a lightbulb very close to your head, so very unsafe. The area where the hostel is located is dirty and creepy… I didn’t feel safe walking there during the day let alone at night. The staff was very unhelpful when I asked if I could upgrade to a cleaner or safer room or if I could get a refund if I checked out, they didn’t provide any options. Needless to say the next day I just checked out and went to another place, I didn’t care that I would not get a refund, I just wanted to get out of there. That is when the staff finally showed some concern and offered other rooms… but it was too late cause I already had reservations in other place. Never going again. Stay away from this property! Pictures are very misleading.
