Okay look, I rarely ever leave reviews but the hosts of residenza b were amazing!! the space is perfectly designed and flawless, absolutely loved it. the location is also walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Rome! highly recommended ＜3

Wir können uns den verschiedenen 'Vorredner' nur anschliessen. Ein wunderschönes und toll geführtes Guesthouse, dass jeden Euro wert war. Mit viel Herz und hoher Professionalität geführt. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Sehr vieles ist fussläufig oder mit dem Taxi (günstig) erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen wieder!

J’avais soigneusement choisi cet établissement pour son côté chaleureux, intimiste et élégant. Je ne dis pas déçu. Tout est absolument parfait. Les hôtes sont merveilleux, gentils, serviables. La chambre est sublime et propre. Le petit déjeuner incroyable ! Merci à Camillo et veronica de nous avoir permis de passer un si beau we.

Ein traumhaft schönes Hotel, so stilvoll, klassisch und hochwertig eingerichtet und Camillo und Veronica sind wunderbare Gastgeber - man fühlt sich sofort „zu Hause“. Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag liebevoll und unter Berücksichtigung der Gastwünsche zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage der Residenza B ist super, man erreicht nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms fussläufig und trotzdem sind die Zimmer ganz ruhig. Besonders empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch des Palazzo Barberini, in dessen Garten man direkt aus dem Fenster blickt. Wir wären gerne länger als 4 Nächte geblieben und würden bei der nächsten Reise nach Rom in jedem Fall genau dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Opulent property with elegant overlays. Loved the wainscoting, the travertine and in general the marble in the property. We had a pleasant and enjoyable breakfast with fresh products. Great afternoon tea.

If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is a true hidden gem in the midst of busy Rome, with easy access on foot or by taxi to anywhere you want to go. While it isn't really a "hotel," it's one of the nicest B&Bs we've stayed in anywhere in Europe. With only four rooms, it feels intimate and welcoming. Although Veronica is not on-site at all hours, she is easily contacted and very responsive. We experienced this when our flight was 8 hours late. There was Veronica, waiting for us at 11:00pm. Our room was large and very comfortable, light and airy, with a view of a garden in the middle of the block. And it was Quiet! The breakfast in the small dining area was fresh and delicious, with a variety of choices. Residenza B is a great choice and worth the expense.

I feel a bit bad about the fact that mine is going to be the first not-so-great review for this place, but also feel like I ought to be honest. First, the good: it's a very well-maintained, charming, little (emphasis on "little" ), place. Just four rooms and my room was quite small. and the bathroom was tiny. I honestly don't know if the others are larger, but for $450/night I was expecting more. Also, I guess I didn't realize that this isn't really a hotel. (My bad on that.) But there is no concierge to help you, and matters were made even more tricky in that while I was there the proprietor(s?) were away. I have no idea if they're normally more hands-on, but except for breakfast time, there really wasn't anyone around to ask about anything. The gentleman who was there serving breakfast was extremely nice and helpful, he just wasn't there much. Finally, given what I was paying, and the fact that I was coming off two strenuous weeks of work, and that it was crazy hot in Rome when I was there, I just wanted to be able to relax and not hassle with anything. But there are three different keys and codes you need to get in, it's up on the 4th (I think?) floor. There is a lift, but still some stairs down below, no restaurant, and all was just more work and more complicated than I had anticipated. All in all, it is a pretty place, with comfortable beds, good a/c and internet, etc. But imho, not a great value, and simply too small a room for the money.

Спасибо огромное Камилло за радушный приём! Всё было восхитительно!!! За кристальную чистоту и идеальный декор номера нужно присвоить мишленовскую звезду!!! Завтрак отличный! До центра минут 20-ть пешком, до жд вокзала 5 минут на автобусе или такси. Косметика в номере класса Lux. Если вернёмся в Рим, то только с остановкой у Камилло

Residenza B is a really special place to stay in Rome. If you are tossing up between here and somewhere else, you really shouldn’t. Decision made. It’s like a home away from home. The rooms are perfectly designed, and public spaces are spacious, yet homely. Located just a stones throw from the Quattro Fontane, you can walk everywhere - and I did - the only times I took a taxi were when I was hauling my luggage, or returning late at night from dinner in Trastavere. Your hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are only too happy to personally recommend good local restaurants, bars and tours of Rome. The breakfast is generous and they remember your preferences. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Loved our stay here. Veronica was a very welcoming & gracious host. Has the feeling of a high end B&B as it’s only small (4 rooms I think). It’s probably the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in anywhere and the standard of decor & furnishings is immaculate. Continental breakfast was excellent, a very large selection, though be aware that breakfast only starts at 8.30 (9 on Sunday) so if you have any early morning tours etc you’ll miss breakfast. Great location, only around 10 / 15 mins walk to Spanish Steps & Trevi fountain areas. Would recommend without hesitation

Residenza B is a real gem - clean, sleek rooms; attentive, efficient and kind hosts; ideal location and amazing breakfast. Hosts Veronica and Camillo do an outstanding job at making guests feel welcome, comfortable and looked after. Highly, highly recommended.
