لقد ترددت لفترة طويلة ورأيت أن التقييمات كانت متوسطة، لكنني قمت بالحجز في النهاية. أعتقد أنه جيد ~ الخدمة والموقع جيدان. يستغرق الوصول إلى المكان الكلاسيكي حوالي 15-20 دقيقة سيرًا على الأقدام. يقع ماكسمارا في الطابق السفلي المقابل. المنطقة المحيطة ليست فوضوية كما ذكرنا. إن نافذة الغرفة ليست غرفة مشاهدة. يواجه الأنبوب الداخلي. رغم صغر حجمه إلا أن تصميمه معقول وجيد بشكل عام يوجد كارفور بجواره، ويوجد سوبر ماركت عندما تنعطف يسارًا على الطريق الرئيسي (اكتشفته فقط في اليوم الذي خرجت فيه)

房間乾淨整潔，衞生間條件不錯，面積適中，酒店位居市中心主幹道十字交叉路口，離周邊的主要景點都非常近，服務人員的態度非常好。

طاقم عمل وخدمة وموقع رائع. أشعر بالأمان حتى بعد أن نسيتُ هاتفي ونقودي عن طريق الخطأ في غرفة الفندق. لم يلمسهما عمال النظافة إطلاقًا. استمتعتُ أيضًا بالطعام والشراب في مقهى الفندق، ولا بدّ من تجربة قهوة لاتيه وإسبريسو بعد الإفطار!

فندق متوسط ​​من جميع النواحي مستوى 3 نجوم. الموظفين ودودون للغاية في الغالب. الإفطار متوسط ​​- القهوة جيدة. موقع مركزي، ولكن لا أحد في روما يعرف ذلك. حتى رجال الشرطة الذين تسألهم عن الاتجاهات ليسوا على بعد 100 متر.

The location of the hotel is great. Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, and Colosseum are in 15 - 20 mins. walking distance. Above all, the Staff are very helpful and friendly!!

I spent two nights in the hotel and found the time that I was there extremely pleasant. The staff were brilliant and the rooms were extremely clean and services amenable for me. I was transiting from Rome Cork in Ireland. My arrival I was met with professionalism courtesy and a huge smile from concierge. It gave me comfort just to have that experience.

We loved our stay at this hotel for many reasons. It is centrally located and allowed us to get to the main attractions easily. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. The reception staff including Omar and Rida were excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was where we ate almost all our meals, breakfast and dinner, sometimes lunch. The team is headed by Angelo, and staffed by Ahmed and Alessia, who were all super and very friendly. We were given helpful suggestions for meals and drinks. The food is of very good quality. Everyone made us feel special which made our visit truly memorable. We recommend this hotel highly to anyone who is thinking of visiting Rome. Minoti, Malay and Joeyta Dutta.

Hotel bien situé, mais invivable à proximité d'une avenue bruyante autant le jour que la nuit. Immeuble très mas isolé,n'oubliez pas de demander une couette supplémentaire ou restez habillés pour vous coucher. Restauration minimum, allez plutôt prendre vos repas à l'extérieur, même pour le petit déjeuner ... Le personnel est agréable et fait ce qu'il peut !

I am 6 months pregnant, went inside and asked politely to buy a drink in their hotel cafe to be able to use a restroom, but was twice denied - once, politely by a young girl from the reception who said that “it is not possible because I might be sick” and secondly less politely by older man who told me where I can go and look for a public toilet. I have been to many places, many hotels, and have never experienced something like that. I felt like a person with leprosy not with pregnancy. With this attitude towards client, especially women, especially pregnant women, I cannot imagine what is their level of customer service . I would never recommend this hotel and this chain of hotels to anyone.

La struttura si presenta molto funzionale, ristrutturata da pochi anni e ottimamente gestita. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile per tutte le richieste ed esigenze. Ottima anche la cena che si può consumare al piano terra. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare !

I recently stayed at the Mercure Centro Roma Termini from November 4-8, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected as a Gold member with Accor. I’ve stayed at several Accor properties before and have always enjoyed the perks and recognition that come with my loyalty status, but this stay left me feeling like just another guest. To start, despite notifying the hotel of my early arrival time, I had to wait until the official check-in time to get access to my room, which felt unnecessary and inconsiderate. This lack of flexibility was the first sign that my expectations were not going to be met. There was also no recognition of my Gold status upon check-in—no room upgrade, no welcome drink, nothing. I even went out of my way to recommend this hotel to a couple of friends who were traveling with me, based on my previous positive experiences with Accor. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision. They too were underwhelmed by the lack of perks and attention given to loyal members like ourselves. When I asked about the missing benefits, the staff were dismissive and offered no real explanation. It was disheartening to see that a brand that prides itself on customer loyalty would treat its members this way. The room itself was fine, but certainly not impressive enough to make up for the disappointing service and lack of personalized attention. As a loyal Accor member, I expect more, and sadly, Mercure Centro Roma Termini fell short. For anyone considering this property, especially if you're a loyal member, I’d recommend managing your expectations. This stay was a letdown, and I’m now questioning whether I’ll continue to stay at Accor hotels in the future.

Matig hotel. Geen 4-stars hotel Rome is geweldig. Maar de “standard kamer” die wij geboekt hadden was minder. Kamer op zich was Okee, maar t uitzicht was diep bedroevend. We hadden uitzicht op binnenkant met een lucht- of stortkoker. (Zie foto) Geen daglicht. We moesten aan vrienden vragen hoe het weer was. Verder was het schoonmaken van kamer ook niet om naar huis te schrijven. Ook vonden wij het personeel / manager ook niet echt vriendelijk. Kon amper een “goedemorgen “ en een lachje vanaf. Ben van Mercure-hotel wel anders gewend. Dit was zeker geen 4-* waard. Gelukkig was t weer uitstekend, met fijne vrienden en was Rome prima. Heerlijk eten en goede wijn/bier/rose.
