Il signor Lorenzo, è stato davvero un grandissimo maleducato nei confronti di alcune persone. Crede di poter avere ragione lui e quando non ottiene ciò che lui pretende, pensa di risolvere mandando a quel paese. Non affidatevi a lui per i soggiorni a Roma, ci sono tanti altri host più cardiali e gentili. Scappate da qui

Startet med at vi fikk beskjed om at det bare var noen utvalgte rom som hadde inkludert frokost, og vi var ikke en av de, ******* ordnet opp og dekket frokost for oss uten problemer. Toalettet satt ikke ordentlig fast i gulvet så det kom til tider en intens kloakk lukt. Dusjen hadde et ødelagt dusjhode. Svart mugg under vinduet ved inngangen. Det manglet en del ting på kjøkkenet som glass nok til alle. Ja det var en veldig sentral og billig overnatting, og vi var der kun når vi sov så det var helt ok.

Relativamente cerca de Termini tiene buena conexión para moverse por la ciudad. Sigue el perfil de piso turístico, se ofrece clave de acceso a través de la reserva móvil de forma que es importante estar operativo para poder recibir las indicaciones correctamente; también ofrecen atención en un número móvil para todo lo necesario ya que aunque cuenta con recepción, en nuestro caso no hubo personal atendiendo de forma directa, por lo menos durante nuestra estancia. Ofrecen habitaciones privadas con baño, muy limpias aunque con algo de ruido al anochecer, todo y con eso estancia confortable.

A very safe hotel on the 2nd floor of the building. Affordable, with access to the Metro Station right outside the door and the buses at a walking distance. Breakfast was the same every day but tasty. Rooms were clean and all the facilities one could need were in the room. Location is perfect, Santa Maria Maggiore was 2mins away walking, Colosseum about 10-15 max with the metro. Lorenzo (the receptionist) was very kind and friendly!

I relied on my travel agent’s choice and here’s what happened. It is well located, near the subway and walking distance from train station and buses. When you enter the property it immediately feels like WW2, even greeted by cockroaches. It is an interesting concept. I expected a B&B and in fact is a 6 room mini hotel on the second floor. Rooms are small and appear clean (housekeeping lady does a great job). The mattress is all stained. The room is noisy because it faces the street despite double pane window. Shower is weird because the shower head faces the 2 piece glass door and you get everything wet. Room has some maintenance issues to resolve. The safety box is a little joke and WiFi is so so. A/C works fine and they have a mini breakfast closet where you can find pastries,sandwiches, coffee or tea that you can eat in your room or on your way out. The cost of cancelling was €680.

Cerco di essere sintetica. Effettuo una prenotazione tramite booking affidandomi alla possibilità di cambiare data in caso di imprevisto. Purtroppo a pochi giorni dalla partenza, per problemi di salute, devo rinunciare a questo viaggio. Chiamo il gestore, il quale, --DISPONIBILISSIMO--, mi dice che il cambio deve esse "autorizzato" da booking. Chiamo l'assistenza booking e mi dice che il cambio deve essere "accettato" dalla struttura. Tutto questo va avanti per due giorni tra gestore e booking morale della favola, booking autorizza ma, guarda un pó, il GESTORE RIFIUTA (motivo ancora non ben chiaro) la proposta (dopo 2 interventi di booking) ed io perdo per intero il mio pagamento. Probabilmente c'è qualche procedura a me sconosciuta, voglio mettermi io dalla parte del torto, assumo la mia responsabilità ma: 1. Non sono io a decidere quando mi deve venire un accidenti (la risposta del gestore è stata "a saperlo qlk giorno prima"); 2 inutile farmi fare da pallina, basta dire dall'inizio: "signora, mi dispiace ma non è possibile; 3 avrei tranquillamente pagato la differenza sul soggiorno. Di sicuro non ci tornerei per la scortesia ricevuta.

Esperienza molto gradevole. Lorenzo è stato molto accogliente, gentile e simpatico. Camera giusta per la nostra permanenza di una notte. Posizione ottimale: 10 min a piedi da Stazione Termini e 1 min a piedi dalla metro Vittorio Emanuele. Grazie per tutto, per la tua gentilezza e disponibilità Lorenzo!
