Modern, new, and well maintained hotel, very conveniently located for Ciampino Airport (around 4 minutes drive). Rooms are functional but fresh, with some style and personality. Beds are comfortable and WiFi is excellent. The building/setting is unexpected, a tad baffling at first, with the hotel occupying the first floor of the block, accessed by a lift. Parking is by request, priced at €20pn. There is no restaurant as such, but breakfast is available, as well as vending and cooler corners, plus complimentary coffee. There are plenty of restaurants within close proximity, including an excellent Italian called Rosmarino at 2 minutes walking distance. Particularly reassuring and impressive is how speedy the hotel is in response to messaging and phone calls. This is crucial in hotels not manned 24/7, and from our experience, this one comprehends and delivers on that.

Good overnight stay after a late arrival flight. Locating the front of the building was difficult, especially in the dark. Did manage to get in to the hotel using the unique code provided, but it took a while! Room was as expected, with a communal area upon first entry to the floor. Just be aware checking in during dark hours can be challenging! Train station is 2 minutes from the building which is great! and about 5 minutes in Taxi from the airport

Excellent hotel, well fitted out with very friendly staff. Nice rooms which have a personal touch attached to them. A nice breakfast. Very well located near the station. I would like to say that all the staff were impressed, however Karim & Giada were particularly pleasant & extremely helpful in making my staff enjoyable. Thank you

Prenotato e pagato 1 mese prima una tripla e a 4 giorni dal mio soggiorno ho ricevuto una mail con rimborso( ancora non ricevuto) senza una motivazione né avviso né scuse. MANCANZA DI SERIETÀ E PROFESSIONALITÀ. Evitate di prenotare questo albergo, rivendono le stanze al miglior offerente.
