The location is very good, within walking distance of the Vatican, very convenient. The bus at the door can also go directly to downtown Rome. The front desk staff is very responsible and very nice, and the room is cleaned very thoroughly. The only drawback is that the room is a little small.

Dear All  I think you have amazing staff , this what's keep a business running.  I want to thank one particular staff , Fatima for helping me to get my mobile back at 5 am in the morning when I was already in the airport.   the hotel location is amazing, it can't be better . the rooms are clean and modern.  I think you are the best 4 stars hotel in Rome.   that what I think honestly.
