Overall good place and location is fantastic. Bedsheets were not as excepted asthere was a stain on one of them but they looked fine and washed.

Got given biscuits on the bed and was clean and comfortable and cot was provided, only thing was no blanket for the baby but I bought one with me

The hotel is situated in the middle of market.The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.One of the staff Raluca ,she was working very hard doing check in,bar , restaurant and serving everyone with the smile on the face.The hotel is very good for business and families.

Rubbish……. The hotel staffs were rubbish, didn’t let my girl in cause she forgot her id at home even tho they make me go back home to get my id, but my girl stays in Birmingham how could she get her id? But the staffs were so rude they didn’t care where she stays and needed to see her id after they saw mine… we were not able to sleep there that night and had to look for somewhere else to stay, and till now I’ve not gotten my money back…. Rubbish hotel staffs and inconsiderate people

Check in was reasonably quick and easy. The room was a typical premier inn room. Comfy bed. Unfortunately the room hadn't been cleaned properly and various items from previous guests were found including dirty glass and shower body puff was left in the bathroom. No soap or shower gel in the dispensers. We asked at reception for this to be rectified and nobody came. Breakfast the next morning was just appalling, hardly any hot food out on the counter, pastries were not replenished, tables weren't cleared quickly, no spare cutlery and actually witnessed a member of staff open a packet of preserves with her teeth

It's great having the option of air conditioning. The team especially Jay and Sylvia make me feel very welcome and are helpful if i need anything.
