"The front desk staff was very nice and patient. It was nice to meet you. The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn't work well. It was very cold in the room. "I booked this hotel in two separate orders. The rooms were generally nice and quite comfortable. The hotel's location was good; it was within walking distance of the attractions. The next day, we were heading to Gibraltar, so we set off at 10 a.m. There weren't many restaurants available, and even McDonald's didn't open until noon. For convenience, we opted for the hotel's breakfast, which cost 14 euros."

"What can I say? The local trains and buses were canceled for the past two weeks. Eurail and the hotel did not notify anyone. We tried to postpone to the next day or even get some credit for another stay. Nobody from the hotel offered any support. We own hotels in the Himalayas and always give the guest the benefit of doubt. The worst we offer in similar conditions is credit for a future stay. This hotel no such support; this zero stars from us."

"Location, Walking distance to attractions, shopping street, bus terminal, theres a supermarket ops hotel which is good. Breakfast not bad, but everyday the same. Fruits are good. Hotel is dated but quite clean. One issue is they use air refresher to cover the smell of old hotel which makes me very uncomfortable. I dislike the smell. Bathroom ventilation no good, got unpleasant smell. Overall, ok for a night stay. We stayed three nights so is a bit too much."
