優點：酒店環境十分安靜，地理位置優越——緊鄰湖畔，屬於真正的湖景酒店。二月份入住時，從房間內便能直接觀賞到天鵝，景觀體驗極佳。建議自駕前往，酒店提供免費且充足的停車位，停車非常便捷。周邊交通、餐飲及購物配套相對有限，但酒店內部設計貼心：從樓道到房間均鋪設地毯，有效降低了腳步聲等噪音；房間面積寬敞，衞生狀況良好，整體整潔度令人滿意。與同價位的其他度假酒店相比，無論是性價比還是綜合體驗都更勝一籌。此外，酒店距離動物園、海驢島、那香海等主要景區的車程均在20分鐘左右，出行遊玩較為便利。
缺點：入住期間遇到一個小困擾——衞生間的燈似乎存在感應問題（不確定是否因操作不當導致），即便手動關閉開關，進入衞生間後感應燈仍會自動亮起。而我所選房型的衞生間燈光恰好直射床頭，夜間燈光干擾對睡眠質量造成了一定影響。
總體而言，我對此次入住體驗比較滿意。相較於此前在榮成南線入住的酒店，這家在房間佈置的整潔度、乾淨程度，第一印象上表現都更為突出，臨近多個核心景點，為旅行提供了極大方便。未來若再次到訪榮成，我仍會優先考慮這家酒店。

首先感受到的就是服務員的熱情用心，路上跑一天進門手忙腳亂前台小姐姐熱情的給了一瓶水，領我到房間還給介紹了房間，需要東西一次次給我送不厭其煩笑臉相迎，真是感覺到了熱情服務。感謝前台小姐姐和服務人員消除了我一天的疲勞。

房間超大，雖然叫民宿，房間絕對夠得上豪華酒店的標準了，就是服務人員少了些，就一個前台，還經常聯繫不上。不過這個價格住這樣的硬件，也是性價比絕高了，環境好，是海草房，周圍也有沙灘，有天鵝湖。

房間很大，床品舒服。周圍生態環境很好，房間可以看到湖景，睡覺非常安靜，也是海草房子喲。往其他景點去也很方便。

聽説這邊冬天有天鵝過來，很早就決定春節期間過來了。我們是自駕，也看到有人是坐着旅行大巴或者打車過來的。
訂了正對景觀的房間，外觀做了海草房的樣子，裏面是現代設施，取暖是空調。乾濕分離做得很好，衹是淋浴間的地面有些容易積水。
住了兩天，不下雪的時候就出去跟天鵝玩兒會兒，覺得冷了就回房間喝茶觀景……
為了環境，這裏的飯館不常開，吃飯需要開車去幾公裡外，也可以叫外賣，稍顯不方便。早餐是按時送到房間的。白天湖邊有幾個餐車，也可以墊墊肚子。
服務還不錯，整個民宿挺乾淨的。

過年期間住客不算多，但是服務依然是周到的。房間裏有小院，天氣不太冷的時候能泡温泉吧大概。趕上下雪，孩子們玩得很開心。出門就是天鵝湖，自帶的餐廳感覺一般，可能是過年期間，衹提供套餐。早餐送房間，純中式東西好多。

這個説是民宿，住起來感覺不亞於五星酒店，而且觀景很好，天鵝湖就在門口，就是晚上天鵝叫了一晚稍微有點吵。早餐也很豐富，送到房間的，兩個人吃兩份吃撐了。下圖沒把小米粥和牛奶拍進去
