Nago Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"Very good experience. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile to make one's journey smooth. The swimming pool is awesome, and enough lifeguards are there to make everyone safe. Oriental is not the only hotel we visited this time, and I would say their standard room is big when compared with the other same grade hotels. One thing to highlight is the varied cuisines at the grill restaurant, value for money. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to anyone we know, especially families. Would like to visit again."

"The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of nowhere but close to some lovely tourist attractions. Airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel (OAS/APL and OAS/RSL that run between Naha and Churaumi aquarium). The public bus stop is 5 minutes away. Busena Marine Park is in perfect walking distance, and the walk is very pleasant. There are a few restaurants nearby and Lawson right in the same building and overall you don't need a car to have a nice vacation in this hotel. But it is a cheap hotel, very cheap for Okinawa indeed. How do they maintain this low price you may ask? Well, all the amenities are paid, the toiletries feel very cheap in comparison to other hotels in Japan. There's a beach but the beach chairs are paid separately. And you can only use this beach 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (the highest tide was 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and when the tide is low the swimming area becomes rocks - very inconvenient indeed. I know the tide changes, but such was our luck). We didn't get any free beach activities despite what was advertised in other reviews. And when we asked if our company of 5 adults could use a table indoors (it was heavy rain and wind outdoors) in a completely empty breakfast restaurant in the evening - we were asked to pay ridiculous 2000 yen per person. No device or clothes rack or not a flimsy chair on a spacious balcony, where one could dry their swimwear. Just one chair in the room. Also, for some reason we couldn't open our door and balcony door simultaneously, for the sound that rushing wind made was loud enough to wake the whole hotel up. On the bright side - the rooms have very solid sound insulation, the bed was wide and comfortable. All in all, I have a mixed feelings about this stay. Could've been better, could've been worse."

"Super clean bathroom with heated mirror so one can use it after taking a shower, very thoughtful! Bed was great and a big selection of pillows offered to suit anyone’s style. Great stay, can only recommend!"

"The service is excellent, the breakfast selection is generous, there's plenty to do, and while valet service is mandatory, it's comfortable and a typical full-service resort. The downside? Compared to other countries, this level of full-service resort is expensive and not quite as cost-effective. Even considering Japanese prices, this is especially true because the facilities are older."

"I stayed here over Christmas! The location and atmosphere were great! However, I ate at the hotel, but the quality and service of the food and drink was below my expectations, which was a bit disappointing."

"The rooms are generally small, and the club suite is only about 50 square meters. The environment is very good, in the middle of the golf course. The golf course is huge and can host international competitions. Japan's national championship is often held here. It is an hour's drive from the airport and there is a highway. It is very close to the hotel where the G7 meeting is held, just over 1 kilometer away."

"I chose it because Furuuri Island was close and had a pool. It was a little narrow when used by family 6 people, but there is no problem. The pool was always in hot water! I felt dust because I was allergic, but there was no dust that I could see. There are insects and gecko, so people who hate insects should not choose to be careful. There aren't many places to eat rice nearby, so the only thing I could buy was like a affiliated dining room. It was delicious, but I think it's tough if you stay consecutive nights."

"The hand cream sent at check-in is so fragrant ❤️ The scenery is beautiful, but there is no dinner and breakfast. Drinks in the refrigerator are free to drink enough and you can get them at the counter. Not afraid of you drinking."
